What are you Thankful For? (Kamen Rider Edition)
 

Just like the Power Ranger thread. List what your most thankful for this year when it comes to Kamen Rider. Here's my list.

I'm thankful for Kamen Rider Gaim. I couldn't have asked for a better ending to a series than that. The entire series was one of the best, and deep for a show about street dancers fighting each other with fruit armor from another dimension.
I'm thankful for the Drive Theme Song, Surprise Drive. Especially the video, I loved that video.
I'm also thankful for the awe-inspiring beauty that are the Gaim Figuarts. Each one down the line is just beautiful. Absolutely.

And now... your turn!

I'm thankful that Gaim's fun & cool gimmick exists since it was so inspiring to see something that would be difficult to make successful become as big as it did. Left me with confidence for whatever I hope to make in the future.

Let's see then...

Blade Drama CD- what else. As a Blade fan, this announcement was the best early Christmas present they could give me.

Shift Cars- still my personal favorite thing in Drive. They're so adorable it hurts.

Gaim hype- because thanks to that, I met a group of really cool new people in my country (and a lovely new friend in France). Yay <3

I'm extremely thankful for Gen Urobuchi writing Kamen Rider Gaim and how awesome and grim Gaim turned out to be. I am also grateful for Drive and his Shift Cars: Max Flare, Vegas, Midnight Shadow, Funky Spike, etc.

I am really thankful for these small things this year!

I'm grateful for Shinji's motorized scooter.

I'm thankful for Gentaro Kisaragi, for being a delightful, hilarious dimwit, and showing that sometimes you don't need to be dark and have a lot of emotional baggage to be a great action hero.

I'm thankful for Kamen Rider Gaim and especially Gen Urobuchi, for giving me such an awesome show and getting me started on another that lead me, in turn, to finding one of my favorite tragic heroines of all time.

I'm thankful for Kamen Rider Wizard for giving me something to doze off to.

I´m thakful for Gaim trying to be something different and for the most part succeeding at that.

But I´m also thankful for Kamen Rider Drive being a fun if not complicated show.

I'm thankful that Gaim ended.

Why are you thankful that Gaim ended?

I'm thankful at Gaim for giving me the chance to share a show with my cousin for an entire year.

I am thankful for the life lessons each season that I have watched has taught me.

I'm thankful for the first 29 episodes of Hibiki. It may have ended badly, but the first two-thirds of that show are wonderful and I couldn't be more grateful to have even an unfinished version of that show in my life.

On a related note, I'm thankful for Mayu Gamou existing.

I'm thankful for Blade, Gaim and Kiva.

I forgot to mention that I am extremely thankful for one of the greatest and emotional Rider series, Kamen Rider Den-O.

From start to finish, this series was filled with feels, humor, drama, plenty of action and I have developed really strong feelings for Ryoutarou and his Imagin and even Hana, the Den-Liner Conductor and... man, I forgot the girl who makes those bad colored coffees.

Thank you Den-O for being my favorite Rider... :D

Because it was awful.

Don't worry, sugar. Soon you'll get good taste, too, and realize the mistake you've made.

In what way was Gaim awful? It's one of the best Heisei Rider shows now...

Let's not jump around on this too much, it's his/her opinion, so be it. That's not what this topic is about.

I'm thankful for being introduced to Kamen Rider this year :)

Matrix is a guy. And he tends to like hating stuff.

But hey, lets be thankful very VERY few people actively remember Masked Rider.

Of course it's not. It's actually one of the best series I've seen.
And post series, I realized I didn't enjoy it at all.

Okies.

I think the last 15 to 20 episodes was some of the worst writing I've ever seen, preferring to go with a "Shocking twist!" rather than having a story that made sense.

I'm thankful that ALL WE NEEDS IS DRIVE!

I'm thankful for the three years of rider after Decade which gave me three series I could continuously keep up with and enjoy weekly.

I am thankful for Kamen Rider Blade, which I watched this year and love to death. I am also thankful cor Kamen Rider Taisen. Sure, it wasn't the best movie, but it had great moments and is a sign of great things to come for Taisen movies.

I am also thankful for Gaim. It was a great show and broke up the repetivity of the last 2 years but it was overhyped towards the beginning of the year.

I'm thankful for my Sengoku Driver: my first ever Driver.

I am thankful that we all just live more and all we need is drive plus I became a KNIGHT OF SPEAR!

I am thankful for Gun for introducing me to Kamen Rider W my first ever rider show, and because of that Kamen Rider W is my favorite show and Kamen Rider Joker is my favorite rider.
