Very nice episode titles.

From the sound of Episode 3, it sounds like Keeper may just be Torin. Just a theory until Episode 1 drops.

It also seems like Episode 1 is gonna be a Red & Pink episode since it doesn't mention the other rangers in the description.

Dino Charge is gonna be interesting, to say the least.

...Keeper? Of all the vauegly creative names they could've given Torin, they called him Keeper?

I was just guessing that Torin was named Keeper. We'll just have to wait.

Maybe Keeper is a giant talking Gaburevolver thats mounted on the wall of their base :P

I think it is definitely their mentor's name, the only unknown is whether or not they'll use Torin as the mentor.

I Hope the MMPR & Dino Thunder cross over happens. But if not then they get a say in the show maybe the new Rangers can be told about the 2 Dino teams.

Keeper is a female character. At least, it's played by a woman named Even Gordon.

I'm sure they'll mention MMPR, it's they're cash cow it's bound to happen.

my opinions: im not as thrilled about it. i mean they are not using torin that's a big disappointment and using two girls one as an assistant, i can understand that's from kyoryuger but another one as a mentor? i dont like that. i didnt like it in mystic force which was a big turn off.


it's not i want dc to be kyoryuger, it's just that epic arcs from kyoryuger are not going to used as much, that's where megaforce/sm failed miserably, they chose not to bring the epic stuff from gokaiger and goseiger and made it really bad.

that's why l loved samurai not because it was all shinkenger but they adapted the epic story plots from shinkenger which made samurai watchable.

No. Megaforce/Super Megaforce were bad because they told bad stories. Samurai was bad because they copied the storys from Shinkenger and didnt add anything meaningful to it.

RPM was great because it told stories that werent copies of the sentai and were great stories in their own right. Same goes for seasons like In Space.

PR should never ever need to just copy the stories the Sentai told and instead use the footage to their advantage and just tell a story that is original.

I guess by "for himself" they could mean he needs them for his client (possibly the Deboss suit?), but yeah - none of these descriptions have really grasped the whole bounty hunter thing. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

The descriptions sound great though, very promising.

i disagree, wild force, ninjastorm, timeforce was close to their counterparts and they were great seasons. i mean why is there so much hate for sentai to be in pr? is it about american series can do better than japan series?

I hope that Deathryuger shows up later on. And I'm better off with just Mighty Morphin doing the teamup with Dino Charge.

Their acting BETTER be good and it must REAL! Meaning the fiction must feel like its the real world!

No its about Sentai being Sentai and PR being PR. And "Sentai Hate" is not something youre gonne get from me since I like Sentai much much more than PR.

And its not about america vs japan or anything stupid like that its about PR being a good show that is original and not jsut a rehash of something that came before it.

I like the titles, I like what I'm reading. But I really like that none of those sound like recycled, redubbed, Kyoryuger episodes and sound like they're actually giving a crap this time.

Sounds interesting. I like the idea of a gradual building of the team instead of having everyone on board from the first episode (unless they're doing it like Kyoryuger where the other Rangers still show up, just don't de-morph around each other at first).

These sound cool. Glad the permiere isn't a two parted, and with the character per episode treatment, that might mean for more character development.

I personally disagree since I do feel like adaptions should be faithful to the source material while doing something new and creative. I don't mind if PR shows stay faithful to the Sentai shows if they do something new with it then just copy and paste everything like Samurai did. I don't see the point of being adaption if you are going to do something 100% original with it when you are better off making your original show instead. That's why the Lawnmower Man movie failed as adaption because it was nothing like the short story that it was based on. Even comic books movie still have to stay faithful to the comic book story lines from the comics if they are going to do something new and different.

As for Dino Charge episode summaries, I think they sound cool. For once I plan to watch PR on a Saturday morning for the first time in ages unless I over sleep again.

And here we get the conflict of opposing viewpoints since I dont see PR as an adaptation and dont want it to be an adaptation. I want PR to be something original because guess what I already watch Sentai and I dont need a version that tells the same stories again just with american actors.

For me personaly its just wa waste of time watching something like that. Why watch a show I have already seen just with different actors. And your arguments dont work. Book adaptions and especially Comic Bokk adaptations work because they ARE original. They are INSPIRED by the source material and do something completely different with it especially when it comes to the visual aspect of it.

PR will never be that because its bound to the Sentai footage and always being restricted by looking exactly like what has already aired years prior.
If PR could be its own thing without Sentai entirely I would love that. if you would hate it thats your thing even if I will never understand why.

why did samurai, timeforce, wildforce do well? i understand you dont want the same show in america but kids dont watch sentai, it's not fair that kids have to suffer because adults already seen it in the Japanese version.

what's important is that kids can get their chance to love the american verison as much adults love the japanese version. adults may hate it but if kids love it that's all it matters.

How do they suffer when they dont get a boring copy of the original?

You are right they dont know the sentai so they wouldnt know if you did a completely original show so why dont do it? Because the company is lazy and doesnt want to spend money to make the show as good as possible?

If you make PR as origial as possible you win on both accounts. Kids will love it and adults will too.

Its not about the adult fans wanting to see something new, its just not fair to anyone to see a bland show, copy of source or not. Samurai did well in toy sales. Wild Force, I'm not to sure, haven't seen it in forever. Time Force did well because it did its own thing, in its own way. As long as its five to six heroes in sanded and giaant robots, the kids don't stuffer.

I felt like Time Force was a good way on adapting the Sentai show into the US. They say faithful to Timeranger while doing good changes to the storyline then just copying & pasting. Not to mention I like the main villain in Time Force over Timeranger. I think Dino Charge will be faithful to Kyoryuger while doing something new and original at the same time. That's how I felt about SPD since I did think SPD felt pretty faithful while doing original things.

Nice. And they get their new Cycles in Episode #4 again, nice.

That's what I'm hoping for with Dino Charge.

let's not forget, john tui did play doggie in spd, not just the voice but he was in the costume, the other thing is that in the press, it says it's an allen that had the dino chargers, so this women is probably going to playing an alien like mentor similar to doggie/torin.

The summaries sound great. :) At least it seems like there's some originality to it, so it may be a great season yet.

By its very nature Power Rangers has been and always will be an adaptation. They take designs and footage from Japan and ADAPT IT to a worldwide audience with new character footage, some original fights, etc.

What you are talking about is how closely they follow the story lines or not to the sentai.

The only way Power Rangers can be completely original is to have its own suit designs, robot fights, and monsters completely designed without Japanese influence. It will never happen.
