Women are under attack by Roimudes! Can investigators find the source of the problem?

Just a head up its Episode 16 not 15 :)

I'm amazed that no one has commented yet. Finally Rinna has some plot development. I always want support characters to be focused in at least 2-3 episodes.
This episode is quite good. It's good to see Drive finally has some intellect to take advantage of Drive system intergrated in Chase's Brake Gunner. They finally gave Kiriko some equipments to fight Roidmude effectively, which is the best of this episode for me. Danger Signal Bike's CGI still sucks though.
Yea, Dead Heat looks good in battle. Sadly next week they'll go straight to Mach Dead Heat Form.

Rinna's cuter than Kiriko imo, even with a little sleepy eye going on.

Dead Heat is the laziest fucking form - torso of main rider with limbs of the secondary with head as mishmash. Terrible

I wonder who is Rinna's ideal man which Voice Roidmude took on? His name is Kisaburo Sasamoto who will be played by Yoshihiko Narimatsu (who also portrayed Kamen Rider Garren from Kamen Rider Decade)

Why Kiriko still thinking about Chase/Proto-Drive? I believe one of producer say that Chase is like Shadow Moon of Drive. So will Chase become human again or just killed off by someone.

I wonder if Rinna have to make a choice between marriage or her love of invention?

I'm still wishing for more general roidmudes to show up!

Awesome episode. I love how they give Kiriko some new weapons to fight Roidmudes. Would be more awesome if she became a Kamen Rider too, but I guess that's not happening. Maybe once in a movie or so.

The story was rather simple this time, but we got some Heart (awesome suit) and Dead Heat isn’t that bad. The suit still looks like crap but at least it functions rather well in battle, and the acting at the end when the suit took over was kinda nice.

Yeah that bit at the end was typical Takaiwa suit acting. He is always pretty good when he has to play characters going berserk.

Whoa dead heat exceeded my expectations. It is freakin awesome and I must say the drive dead heat costume is growing on me while mach dead heat I am still getting used to.

mach dead heat looks like football player, just saw the fight it's awesome, dont care about the suit, it's awesome.

"This form lets you access the Dead Zone... do you know what that means?"

"You can go into the Dead Zone too?!"

Biggest problem with the episode, because it was all being done like we already know what that is.

Otherwise it was a fine episode. Use for Rinna outside of the scientist only role is great. Roidmude seems interesting. Brain being ganged up on is a cool turn of events and lays the foundation for future strife amongst the top brass, which is great.

Although I still dislike Dead Heat immensely.

Thing is we do know what the Dead Zone is. Dead Zone is the name of Hearts special attack were his heart pumps enormous amounts of energy through his body to amplify his strength beyond its limits.

Dead Heta was essentially made to specifically counter that attack.

We kinda do. Granted, they didn’t had like a five minute conversation over it, but during Drive's fight with Heart in episode 10, the later used the power of the Dead Zone and Belt-san described it as "amplifying the power of his internal systems beyond their normal limits", so that's basically what the Dead Zone is: The ability to amplify and overcharge the systems that both the Kamen Riders and the Roidmudes posses in order to become stronger.

This fits since both Dead Heat and Heart "overcharge" and start glowing red with lightning effects around them once they tap into the power of the Dead Zone.

What was interesting is that Gou seems to have a limit on how long he can be Mach. He mentioned running out of time. LOVED the Chase fight in the beginning, especially him just dropping on the car randomly.
Dead heat, well seems like it should have been an Accel power up, but enjoyed the battle.

Yup that was hinted at in some other episodes as well. The Mach system seems to be harmful to his body in some way.

I still don't remember the name being used then at all...

But okay.

Gotta say even though Dead Heat is a weird looking form, I really like how it functions. The berserk mode is especially nice. Though I don't always care for that old trope of "rider power up form with a cost" but I like this one. The TK figure being able to swap between both is also quite ingenious.

since in march they are getting a new rider, am i the only one that thinks kirko is going to take over gou as the new rider if that's where they are going?

Nothings been confirmed if it's going to be a new rider at all currently.

Why should they get a new Rider in march?

Yea I kind agree, what more could another Ride at to the story aside from "another cool looking toy" Drive, Mach, Chase/Proto Drive is a good balance to me.

It is and there were no informations on new toys that would coincide with a Rider.

This was the first episode that actually felt like I cop drama to me... Maybe it's because the chief was gone.

The case of the week was pretty interesting, but it kept getting sidetracked by the recurring villains. The fight with Chase was completely gratuitous, came out of nowhere, and accomplished nothing. I'm afraid we're back to the days of the pointless, time-wasting mid-episode Chase fight. Yippee.

Dead Heat works interestingly, but is one of the laziest suit designs I've seen in a long damn time.

Or as I said when I watched that scene, "Chase! Out of *censored* nowhere!"

The reason of why we keep getting Chase Fight because one of producer, Takahito Omori states that Chase is like Shadow Moon of Drive and I agree with him. Shadow Moon was Kamen Rider Black's rival and it make sense for Chase being Drive's rival but I wish they could tone down of Chase Fight

The reason of Dead Heat is a laziest suit design because MONEY!!! It could cost more money to make a suit design than CGI.

After Episode 17, Harley Hendrickson will be part of main cast and I would love to see his chemistry with Rinna since Rinna is still inexperienced scientist while Harley have more experience than her.

This episode was a lot of fun, I just love Gou, Shinnosuke and Kiriko a lot. They are all amazing characters. Rinna was a lot of fun too. Chase is definitely a lot more determined with his memories erased. Dead Heat Drive vs Heart was freaking awesome. I can't wait to see what happens next with Mach having to stop Drive.

Yeah, but Shadow Moon and Black didn't fight every damn episode. There were a lot of times when they didn't even meet face-to-face. When Kotaro and Shadow Moon fought it was always a big deal; when Shinnosuke and Chase fight it's usually just filler designed to pad out an episode.

Like I said, they need to tone down the Chase Fight! we get it, people! They are rival but will you tone down the Chase Fight!! I heard that we neither get a new rider form or a new completely Kamen Rider on March! Some says that this could tie-in with Super Hero Taisen GP: Kamen Rider 3.

At least it was more exciting than the normal "O NO. Is Chase on a motorcycle in your way, again"... If only by a little bit.

Really cool how Dead Heat's jingle plays as when Tomari enters the Dead Zone. Still dislike the form, but I think it'll look better on Mach, spoiler beard and all.
Overall good episode, with a nice mystery flowing though it.

Agree with this. Shadow Moon had a bit of that "Thanos" syndrome going on in that he mostly sat around giving orders to others, so that when he DID do his own dirty work, you knew shit got real.


Regardless, yeah, I'm really not a fan of the whole "reset button" they pulled on the Chase storyline.


Oh yeah, and Deadheat is pretty badass functionality wise, but the form's design is lazy as shit. I'd be fine with a Drive/Mach combo form if it didn't look like one of those movie-exclusive forms where they were clearly stretching their budget.

And I am in agreement, the Chase filler was just that, filler. But whatever. Dead Heat was the real surprise in revealing something about the "dead zone".

Also, in before someone says Rinna was dating Krim.

And did anyone else get a little creeped out by Mr Belt coming out of the backpack and jumping onto Shinnosuke's shoulder? Had a real Alien moment right there.

I just wondered if Belt-san was cramped in there... :) And quiet with your dirty mind!
I liked this one. Maybe it was due to the lack of Gou. Maybe it was due to happy, smiley Chase. I don't know, but I liked it.

pretty fun episode overall i like the plot of the whole thing, though i am still not a fan of dead heat and that D logo on the belt... that's a stretch and half.
