From what I hear, since the ToQger figures sold like crap.

The action hero esque figures look fairly nice, though they look a bit more muscular than ours. I'll probably pick them up though down the line, they're not something I have to have upon release and thus pre-order.

Action hero line could easly be imported over.

I need to get that changer ordered. Then I can have a gun, wrist-mounted, cell phone, and a sword changer all in one and become the biggest toku cosplay atrocity known to man.

The toad gun has painted flames on it's side, I love that thing more and more with each new pic. :lol

I'm not interested in the role play items or the action figures (Especially with that BoA style), but Shurikenjin can't get here soon enough! He looks totally crazy in the best possible way.

But seriously, holy crap I can't believe how shitty it is. It just looks cheap, like BOA cheap.

How? Looks standard from the promos to me. Unless you're getting that due to the design. Given how unique the look of the combined form is, I think it looks pretty on-par with the usual stuff.

Shurikenjin's an oddball due to his many themes. (ninja, normal animals, vehicles, legendary creatures, spacecraft) but in a weird way he works as a design.

Since the mecha designer is getting burnt out on old Sentai staples anyone wonder if we'll get something out of left field for the 40th Super Sentai? Like bio organic mechs?

There's a lot of simple moulding, a lot of hollow spaces, very simple design, block paint apps or just huge upainted areas. I mean, the wolf's body is entirely white, the dump truck has laughably small wheels and an arm just smack dab on the front. It's a train wreck.

That honestly looks better to me than this Ninninger Megazord.

Granted it looks awful, and I'm sure the toy is even worse, but at least it's bulk and kibble is placed in reasonable places

I'm not gonna say anything about the looks of the Megazord because we all know it can change at the drop of a hat. (See what I did there?)

Shurikenjin is easily my favorite Robo design in years. It's just so utterly insane and clearly the work of a madman at the end of his rope.

I love the Shurikenjin! My favourite is the weaponry it has, but I also like the combination gimmick.

The only parts I feel don't look as good are the thighs, but I have to see more to judge.

It's all like a true bag of Skittles, no?

I can't wait to see how the series does it all.

Also, Frog Gun should be considered the best weapon of all time.
