Kamen Rider 4 is the first pilot-themed rider that will appear in a three-episode special exclusive to the dvideo service in Japan starting March 28th.
Kamen Rider 4 will be created by Shocker while Drive, Faiz, and Zeronos fight to correct history. He will also be piloting an airplane called Sky Cyclone.

Kamen Rider 4 will be voiced by rock band SOPHIA's vocal Matsuoka Mitsuru who we know and love as Daido Katsumi/Kamen Rider Eternal and currently vocal of EARNEST DRIVE, the project band behind the OP of Kamen Rider Drive.

Just saw this on Twitter...Unexpected but Yongou looks REALLY good. I love the pilot suit-look of his outfit.

Wait there's a Number 4 now?

Oy, seems like Sango started a new trend.

And he has a plane? Wow. This dude should get his own show.

That's one amazing design.

Notice how his crusher(mouthguard) has a mouth revealed. In a sense it feels like a nod to Riderman.

The suit looks nice. I like him alooooot more than #3.

And yeah the mouth strikes me as a big nod to Riderman the "other" Kamen Rider #4.

Was not expecting this at all and damn I am really liking the look of this guy.

Huh. Hope his episodes are really good and get subs.

But I'm wondering why the hell a bunch of these new Shocker Kamen Rider Riders are running around. I guess we'll have to wait and see.

He looks cool and was not expecting a 4th rider to show up in the movie.

In the description it says that Drive,Faiz and Zeronos are trying to correct history. So I guess Shocker found a way to alter history and created a new timeline that has these new Riders in it.

There are alot more coming back. We have retunring actos for Black, Garren, Faiz and Zeronos.

..huh. Maybe Orphenochs will be involved in the plot somehow?

This is what I'm talking about. How cool would it be to see Toei go back to the Showa continuity and make a new series for someone like Rider 3 or 4. These guys are amazing. I want toys. Lots of toys. I need a Kamen Rider Airplane. Oh, Kamen Rider Submarine! I mean, there's cars, trains, and aeroplanes now! Woo!

That is a pretty awesome design.

The theme of the movie is "Can Drive and the others fix the wrong history?". Story of Rider 4 takes place after the movie.
It is obvious that history cannot be completely fixed, but there are factors which could keep it from getting worst.
There will definitely be Rider 5 and 6 and more to keep engine running.

That design... Alright, that is now my favorite rider ever.

I have no words that can express how much I love this design. I need to see his bird, right goddamn now.

Bandai, I DEMAND that he make an appearance in an Ace Combat game.

So basically a retcon where we get both the Riders from 1 to Drive plus 3 and 4?

I'm not too sure about Kamen Rider going down both DC and Marvel's roads but 3 and 4 have neat designs and hey; we have had both car and jetski Riders.

Plane Riders may be the new hotness.

It's hardly the first Alt-U Kamen Rider film we've seen, though.

It can't be worse than Let's Go Kamen Riders, either.

AWESOME! As usual, I'm more excited for an eventual toy, but I love every bit of this design.

That design could look like grandpa Kamen Rider with Airplane!

I love it and I wonder if Toei do a Returns-type film with Kamen Rider 3 and Kamen Rider 4 but focus on their backstory and possible appearance by Kamen Rider 1 and 2. That would be cool

With Kamen Rider 4 as airplane Kamen Rider killed my hope of Kamen Rider Drive's Summer Movie villain airplane rider :(

So will there more rider to come? If yes then will they'll be counted as showa??

If only Tokkyuger could last until this release, then we'd get Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. :D

Should we start calling them Neo-Showa, to make people's heads explode? :lol

I am in absolute love with the design. The mouth showing underneath the mouthplate and the baggy pants are absolutely genius ideas.
