This is wonderful news. The new accessories are great, but it's a shame it looks like he won't come with his original accessories. Hopefully this lowers the first versions value so I can get both.

Aside from that, those accessories add so much to our Ultraman universe. We need more Showa space ships. I'd like to see this lead to more Mebius releases as well. Let's make this the year of Mebius and Tiga Tamashii!

I wish they reissue Zoffy without being a web exclusive. I don't think Zoffy has been reissue in the past few years.

Zoffy was reissued once in 2013 and has long been overdue for one. Unfortunately, this is probably going to preclude a reissue from happening now. No idea why Bandai didn't bother to schedule a newer reissue like they did all the other brothers, but at least this comes with most of the same accessories, short the Birdon-induced flame for his head and the Beta Capsule.

We're not going to get one, sadly. The Ultra-Act exclusives don't get a domestic release, only the retail figures.

So really, this is Japan teasing us.

Well yeah, but until the middle man shows up, it's nice to have this as a back-up to be sure.

...Again, it's a web exclusive. HLJ and AmiAmi and most Japanese online stores do not offer the ability to preorder Tamashii Web exclusives. You only get that option with stores that offer middleman services, which is limited to CSToys and I think Anime Export?

Well, I've gotten over Zoffy not having some of his previous accessories. I'm just glad to have the last Showa Ultra secured that I needed.

Right? I've been near aggravated to the point of exasperation with the Zoffy issue. I'm keeping the BBTS pre-order until I can throw down next Friday for a pre-order on the AE.

I recommend checking out Nippon-Yasan and Toku Taku Toys as well. Nippon-Yasan you don't pay until 15 days before release, and Toku Taku Toys you pay half now and half when it's released. There are some good alternatives to stores/middlemen that make you pay upfront.
