Help me identify this
 

One day, I was browsing through the older riders, since I didn't know what they looked like (since most people go on about the post-break riders). I came across one that was extremely bug-like in its mask. However, I just went back through all the showa riders and couldn't find it. I remember it being a darker color - I think black, and the head wasn't a standard rider-looking head. The "mouth" section was extremely bug-like, and I think the mask sort of...leaned forward a bit? Maybe i'm remembering it poorly, so if you think you have it, even though it doesn't COMPLETELY match my (bad) description, share it anyways.

Any ideas?

I mean, I know what Black is...never saw the show, but I know a bit about it. I'm curious about this form though. I see figures of it and stuff, but I can't seem to find any in-show screenshots or info on it....

Also, Black is Showa. It came out in 87, while the Showa period went on until 89.

Showa went until 89, that's when Emperor Hirohito died. (I know this because of Wikipedia.)

Toei kamen rider era ended when creator died. Due to toei classed the three rider movie in 90's as showa. Rider

Then why are the Riders from the 90's considered Showa Riders?

1. Ishimori's involvement
2. Kamen Rider #0 project ("Return to the Origin". Started with Black and ended with J. To be correct EVE/GAIA should have been included as well.)

Because Toei prefers to think of Kuuga as the start of the modern era of Kamen Rider, so Shin, ZO, and J get folded in with the Shows guys.

Toei is kinda odd like that.

The long and short of it is that the actual Showa and Heisei eras doesn't apply to Kamen Rider. They divide them based on how they see fit.
For example, Black RX lasted long enough to qualify as a Heisei series.

I just se it as toei goes by when ishimori (creator of Kamen a Rider) was live that rider Showa era when passed that was beging of hesei rider
