I think interesting is the kind way of putting it. Sensationalized fan fiction sounds more accurate :lol

Frankly everything seems just off. And Goldar being composed of gold on Earth? Implying that Golder is literally the source of all gold on Earth? That's whacky bizarre. The constant mentions of being "16" seem forceful. Finding fossils on Google Earth?...... And the weirdly specific 71 hours thing.

It's just all bizarre to me. Open mind and all that I know, I'm sure the dieharders will say that's all jumping to conclusions but man oh man that sounds weird.

I had to stop at "detonated a black hole".

I'll believe it when it happens.

I'm kinda getting a odd hybrid of Zyuranger and MMPR with Zordon & his group of Power Rangers fight off Rita Repulsa 65 million years ago. Most of this also sounds like bad fan fiction from FF.net and I'm getting a bad feeling about this movie. I still have some hope for it being good. Movies like Captain America: The First Avenger, Jurassic World, Rise of Planet of the Apes and Godzilla 2014 turn out better then what most people where expecting.

That's... interesting... Seems to have some weirdly specific details for just a plot description. I kinda like the idea of Rita building Goldar out of the Earth's old. Kinda like how she'll suposedly be building the Putties out of ground with her wand.

That said, I definitely get a fan-fiction vibe from this.

Maybe Kendall and the Dino charge rangers could use Google Earth the find the other energems. :lolol

Reeks of writers not fully understanding the story that they're working with.

"Hey. Why did they call him Goldar?"
"Well, his armor is gold."
"So, how about Rita needs gold to remake Goldar? Cuz he died a long time ago?"
"Yeah that works to explain his name."
"Done!"

If this script is legit, this is their way of "explaining without explaining" how monsters grow. Because obviously Goldar would be recreated, and then he'd get even MORE gold making him even bigger, causing them to need the zords.

No more "evil space sorceress" or "magic wand" required.

*sigh*

I'm not very pumped about this...

This sounds awful.

I don't think I can trust this though, it sounds really stupid, like beyond stupid, rita repulsa remakes goldar by pulling off bank heists? This is not the kind of plot you want to tell in a big budget action movie that involves space aliens, mecha and fucking POWER RANGERS.

Also it sounds really creepy that we are constantly reminded that they are 16 then bam make out scene.

Also saw on twitter that this guy isn't the most professional journalist (I mean the way this blog was even written was pretty bad) So I'm taking this with like a barrel of salt.

If this isn't real and was dreamed up by idiots:

SEND THEM TO A WRITING CLASS and have them RESEARCH P.R. during their down time.

If it is real, but still born out of haste and incompetence:

SEND THEM TO A WRITING CLASS and have them RESEARCH P.R. during their down time in addition to HIRING NEW WRITERS to assist as well as READING THE MESSAGE BOARDS OF DISPLEASURE regarding the fairly uniform reaction to this "Goldar and is made from gold and Zordon detonates a black hole" bullsh-t.

Well...if this IS legit...maybe fan outrage will get it changed much like the 2014 TMNT script when it was supposedly leaked.

If this IS real, and I doubt it is... Is it so wrong to get people to RESEARCH the source material to something before they start writing it.
