MMPR: Zach/Black Ranger (Always loved him. Always superior to fan favorite Billy and Tommy. However, I'll be fair and admit that I've had a soft spot for Tommy as the Green Ranger)
MMPR S2&3: Adam/Black Ranger (Come on. How can you not love Adam?)
Alien: Delphine/White Alien Ranger (I guess?)
Zeo: Jason/Zeo Gold (Jason was a cool dude, but he became so much cooler when he returned)
Turbo: TJ/Turbo Red (TJ is one of my favorite rangers of all time. People need to stop being so critical on Turbo after passing dumber bullshit for MMPR and Zeo)
In Space: Andros/Space Red (I love TJ in this series, too. But Andros was pretty cool)
Lost Galaxy: Kendrix/Galaxy Pink (How many rangers have been willing to make the ultimate sacrifice? Probably all, but only one proved to actually do it)
Lightspeed Rescue: Carter/Lightspeed Red (Always willing to pull the trigger)
Time Force: Tie between Jen/Time Force Pink and Eric/Quantum Ranger (Both were absolutely cool. Jen's story throughout the series made me love her, but Eric being the first "Brash" ranger made him more interesting than many of his predecessors)
Wild Force: Merrick/Lunar Wolf Ranger (He was kind of the only interesting one in the team)
Ninja Storm: Eh, none of them, really. I guess Cameron/Samurai Ranger
Dino Thunder: Trent/Dino White (I'm not really big on this series. They were all "Alright" at best. Trent was kind of interesting, though)
SPD: Bridge/SPD Green (I love a lot of the SPD Rangers. Jack, Skye, Z, and Doggie all had a good chance, but the amount of fun and energy Bridge brings is enough for me)
RPM: Ziggy/RPM Green (Gotta love the guy)

Can't comment on Mystic Force, Overdrive, and Jungle Fury since I don't remember them much. Only watched half of the Neo Saban era series.

I forgot about Alien Rangers. I would choose Delphine, the White Alien Ranger.

Ninja Storm: Six way tie. I loved them all. In Space is my favorite season, but this cast was great
Dino Thunder: Blue Dino Ranger Ethan
S.P.D.: SPD Yellow Ranger Z. Also, I still have a crush on her. Monica May is my jam.
Mystic Force: Solaris Knight Daggeron
Operation Overdrive: None. At all.
Jungle Fury: Jungle Fury Wolf Ranger RJ. Also one of the best mentors, if not the best. I almost picked Dominik, but only because the actor was in Daredevil lol
RPM: Ranger Series Red Scott
Samurai: Samurai Red Ranger Jayden. I think he was the most fleshed out ranger in a copy-and-paste season. Also, I enjoyed how he was willing to trick a kid with a vision and make sentient clones to die in his place. He could make all the hard decisions.
Megaforce: Robo Knight, by default.
Super Megaforce: I guess still Robo Knight here. None of the other rangers were fleshed out. I wanted to pick Gia, but all we were told about her is that if you creep on her long enough she will give in and date you. A phoned in Robocop was the best thing this season had to offer in terms of rangers. Noah was a close choice, but his development made little sense between the seasons. That is at fault of the hybrid season though.

MMPR: Billy, who showed that geeks can be badasses.
Zeo: Billy, who was probably one of the most effective Mission Controls in PR history.
Turbo: Uh... I don't know. I didn't hate Justin and TJ was pretty cool.
In Space: Zane. Dude had style. (TJ would count but I used him for Turbo)
Lost Galaxy: Never watched it.
Lightspeed Rescue: Carter, because there's no other right answer.
Time Force: Can I count Wes, Jen, and Eric as one character? They all kind of had intermingling plot lines (usually via Wes).
Wild Force: Merrick, I guess. Wolves and all.
Ninja Storm: Cam. See: Billy.
Dino Thunder: ... I honestly can't remember the names of anyone other than Kira and Trent.
SPD: Skye. His dedication to duty, his dream to carry on his father's legacy, and overall strong development from being simultaneously arrogant and by-the-book into a flexible, practical leader earns all the points.
Mystic Force: Didn't watch it.
Overdrive: The font for the end credits.
Jungle Fury: RJ, I suppose.
RPM: AH'M SCOTTISH!
MMPR Redux: Billy
Samurai: Kevin by default.
Megaforce: Robo Knight. Odd that the machine had the best acting.
Dino Charge: Kota.

Just liked them more than any of the Rangers on those teams.

Sometimes the villains are way more interesting than the rangers.

Or rather, I understood the question perfectly. I just preferred the villains of those seasons more than the Rangers. So I listed those instead. So, you see, I did understand the simple question. I just decided instead of leaving those blank I would instead fill in a character I did enjoy. Furthering the conversation.

MMPR - Billy, because he changed the most and actually had character development (in MMPR? *gasp*)

Zeo - Jason, because having him come back was cool.

Turbo - TJ, he actually felt like a real person compared to the past 3 Reds. He really earned it in his debut episode and he's a cool guy.

In Space - TJ, for the same reasons.

Lost Galaxy - Karone, because she deserved having her heroic redemption.

Lightspeed Rescue - Carter, because he's invincible. :p

Time Force - Jen, because first Pink to not just be "the girl" and she was basically Red in all but color.

Wild Force - Cole, because finding out his back story was more interesting than anybody else's arcs.

Ninja Storm - Cam, because he's like Billy except he got power as reward for his character development instead of getting it taken away.

Dino Thunder - Trent, because he had to earn the others' trust, which is different.

SPD - Bridge, because of his quirky jokes.

Mystic Force - Xander, because of his failed attempts to flirt were actually funny this time.

Operation Overdrive - Rose, the least annoying character.

RPM - Flynn, I really liked his episode Ranger Blue.

Samurai - Jayden, the best actor.

Megaforce - Orion, for the same reasons as Jayden.

Dino Charge - Tyler, because it was a breath of fresh air to have an outgoing Red and his acting was pretty good too (not to say the other Rangers weren't).

Ninja Steel - Gold, because his back story looks to be the most interesting thing this season.

MMPR - Adam and Tommy

MMAR - Aurico

Zeo - Trey and Jason my reason "Gold Ranger Power!"

Turbo - Phantom Ranger and Justin Phantom was awesome and Justin was a Proxy lets be honest.

In Space - Zhane and Andros because their dynamic is great

Lost Galaxy - Leo, Karone, or Kendrix Leo was just awesome, Kendrix died which was huge for me as a kid and KArone got her redemption what else needs to be said.

Lightspeed Rescue - Carter, and Ryan. Cater because well invincible red syndrome as i like to call it and Ryan was the first US original ranger so hes got some cred there

Time Force - Jen, Because her leading the team was awesome for me even as a kid

Wild Force - Merrick, Cole just because they both had great character arcs imo.

Ninja Storm - Toiri she was just fun

Dino Thunder - Excluding Tommy its gotta be Kira and Trent hands down purely because they both actuslly had something more than a 2 dimensional character trait

S.P.D. - Kruger BEcause I actually like the PR version over the Sentai version although admitedly this is the show that gave me my first hint that Sentai existed so its always been special and that was all because of promo photos on the disney website showing the Sentai Kruger.

Mystic Force - Lianbow (If he counts), Nick/Bowen, Daggeron all three of these guys are awesome in their own rights.

Operation Overdrive - Tyzon For me it was the suit because I never cared for the show

Jungle Fury - Dominic or Rj I think we all know why here XD

RPM - Gem and Gemma, or Dylan Gem and Gemma because well they're just hilarious and Dylan had a really goo story with Tanaya

Samurai - Antonio, or Lauren They both were just such fun characters to me and I was really excited to see them Pull that trigger with Lauren

Megaforce - Gia, or Robo Knight because well Robo Knight showed more emotional range than half the cast imo and Gia was always awesome

Dino Charge - Tyler Not sure why really I just always got excited for the arc with his dad.

Ninja Steel - N/A as I havent seen it yet

MMPR: Kimberly and Billy, a tie. Watching some today, that episode where they go "Punk" is very funny. Those two have a lot of charisma.
