Yay!!!! I am such a big Fan of Garo. Hopefully, we will see new and interesting Makai Knights which i can NEVER get enough of seeing. I just ordered The Makai Kado Light Awakening Beast Garo Version and the Older Dark Knight Kiba of the same line straight from Japan. i also have Makai Bone Knight Giru on Preorder in which ill but Crow along with at the end of the year.I cannot wait to recieve them. Anyways, just really glad that The Garo series is still going strong. I really really like the anime version and wouldnt mind seeing some animated Versions of some Characters like Kiba and Bado.That would make my day

I am intrigued, I hope it starts faster than Honoo No Kokuin did.

Anything that keeps Kobayashi away from Toei's toku series works for me.

So.....is this a sequel to seal of flames or a stand alone series?

I have such mixed feelings about Seal of Flames. It's Garo, so I'll watch Crimson Moon, but Seal of Flames was such a letdown, and I freakin' LOVE Goldstorm.

Looking forward to this. It was a slow burner but the first season got really good by the end.

I'd rather someone just license the first season and sub that instead.

I believe Funimation has the rights to the first season of Garo: The Animation?

I will check this out if/when it gets licensed for US streaming. I do not have high hopes because of how boring and awful the first Garo cartoon was.

They do. But that doesn't necessarily mean they'll dub it.

(Unless that was in response to Kain, who I think meant first season as in the live action version)

1. I meant the first season to the live series. I don't want anything to do with Garo anymore outside of that one.

2. Funimation only had streaming rights, nothing else for the first anime series.

I wonder if maybe they'll do a female Makai knight.

They'd have a lot of shit to explain for that to happen. I'm not against it, but their lore is basically "guys can't be magical girls, so fuck it, girls can't by Makai Knights".

Based on what we got with seal of flames i cant help but think that its entire purpose was to expand the lore of the garo franchise
I mean think about it
1. We saw the season 1 watchdog again
2. We learned the origins of zaruba's and mostliky all the madou tools loke him
3. We learned that it's possible to equip 2 makai armors if youre part of 2 different makai knight bloodlines
