I wish Starninger wasn't just delegated to an arm position and was more of a head or torso spot. Armor or something. Dunno.

It looks pretty fun. :) I can't wait until we get HD pictures of the components.

This makes me suspect they might go to the "our core mecha have been destroyed!" trope. Not having the original mecha involved in a final combination would be odd, and if there's a way to integrate Shurikenjin into that final mecha... thing... it's not popping to mind.

Maybe because Star is a koi fish they thought it would be best to pair him up with Ao's seiryu.
Because there is that one myth/legend in Asia where kois that go upstream towards a 'Dragon Gate' and pass through become dragons so I guess they wanted to hint at that?
Heck, it is even referenced in Pokemon regarding magikarp's evolution to gyarados.

And Panda is because Asian?

I'm still incredibly disappointed that the other otomonin were just treated as one-offs like some sort of "zord-of-the-week". I had really hoped for some integration with the final combination.

No. That thing is just.. Honestly, what. if you love it more power to you but that thing is just a big mess of what.

I was really hoping that the the other mecha (elephant, ufo, sub and dino) would be incorporated into the final form. Oh well

I like the look of the last mecha, but it's missing that certain WTFBBQ combination that G12 and SamuraiHaOh had.

I don't like that Ao is getting two dragon mechas now.

The WORST part about this mech? It proves that they are officially abandoning Shurikenjin. And with that abandonment, we are left never knowing the true purpose of those side leg tabs. Imagine what wonderful combinations they could've been used for! :cry
