Damn that thing looks stupid. :lol

Seeing it up close, I do like it a lot better. I'm glad that the shuriken symbols are on both sides of the Blue Dragon and the Gold Carp, I was worried they were only on one side.

The component mecha all look much better than I thought, with the exception of the turtle, where I wish they had done a little bit more to hide the robot face. I will say that I really like the dragon and the phoenix, but the rest are nice too.

The combined form is quite cohesive and it's fairly proportionate. I love how the Phoenix combines, it's reminiscent of the old robos like the Ninja Megazord. It's not a bad combined form.

Overall, not too bad, though I will say that I like the earlier two, Shurikenjin and Bison King, better.

So.. The bird just sits on the back of the head?

Huh. This thing has some very BOA style pegs where the arms attach, doesn't it.

They're standard BOJ pegs, just like on Bison King and Shurikenjin.

It's a shame they're all blue and orange.

Shurikenjin was amazing and like him we're ending off great. The brighter orange just makes it better. I'd prefer easily obtainable projectiles (ex. rubber bands with Tobot Tritan/Adventure Z) over special missiles, but I don't hate the missile gimmick. This is definitely better than every other Sentai final mecha ever.

btw Gekiatsu, your throne composed of every other OtomoNin is ready

For HaOh Gekiatsu Dai-Oh, since the regular head connects to the chest.

And make no sense, and the arms are lopsided, and that doesn't look like a turtle, and the phoenix/bird/thing just sits on the shoulders lazily of lazy design, and fires ninja missiles like a cheap 80's toy or modern BoA SMF release..

Originally, genbu is a black tortoise and is one of the four guardian beasts with a snake coiling around it(some interpretations seem to have it as a catdog-like chimera where the snake is the tail).
It is the guardian of the North while the Blue Dragon called Seiryu(or Azure Dragon depending on interpretation) in Japanese guards the West, White Tiger called Byakko guards the East, and Vermilion Bird called Suzaku guards the South(while the Yellow Dragon called Koryu or Oryu sits at the center).

Those are the Ninningers right? Or am I seeing things?

after seeing this I do not want to hear anyone complain about the go-onger zord designs or I will fire them out of a cannon

the combined mech's colors I do like but the way the zords are barely used is annoying I mean the arms do nothing but just sit there looking ugly, I really am wondering if this was their best design they could come up with

Also I don't see a problem with this guy, if you want more combinations then you can just make your own combo

To be honest I am getting Mega Voyager vibes which I like.

there are people who don't like animal faces on vehicles though the only place I remember seeing these complaints was youtube

I believe this Mecha definitely takes some getting used to; being that the perception of most kids differs from ours when we were all kids. It's all about a generation's appeal.

This thing screams Bandai America. It's like Bandai Japan just went ahead and made a Zord Builder Megazord to save cost.
