Who's the worst SS villain?

hurricanger's, im not fond of main villians who are in some inactive state for most of the series until the very end, it just makes them bland and boring, Abaranger has that problem to.

Worst individual villain or group?

Worst villain ever is Warz Gil.

Worst villain group ever is Deboss.

Lemonhead from Megaranger

Baranoia from Ohranger is pretty bad.

And Deboss was very anticlimactic.

Seriously makes me want to. But I like Candelira.

Candeiira. It's not many villains that end up helping the heroes :p I'm kidding, she's great, easily one of the best.

I nominate Kiboani Gengetsu, and all his assorted minions. They haven't done anything, and have as close to no personality or long term plan as possible. Not Fox dude though. He's excused

kibaoni gundan, if your plan is just making people afraid, and will go as low as stealing children snacks, you know you're hitting rock bottom.

While I won't disagree that Ninninger's villains are pretty terrible (save for Kyuuemon), but if that's your reasoning then you kinda missed the point as to WHY he was stealing the snacks.

I know he just faking it but still, there's no mortal danger to be found. It's even stated in that episodes that the reason pink would do 1 on 1 with him is just because he just want her to be afraid.

I just put the snack thing to show how low the method can be. I kinda miss the old days where people can be killed by the bad guys in sentai. I also know this show is for kids, lol

You never know though, they might do something before the show ends. I didn't list them because the show hasn't ended yet, but yeah, they are pretty generic villains. The only thing that stops them from being god awful are their voice actors. Zanki, Freeza, and Sailor Moon all at once is awesome.

All of the ones that aren't Noodle Dimension from Jetman.

I detest Emperor Zeba from Maskman. He is profoundly stupid, and none of his plans make sense. (He is one of the coolest looking bad guys, though.)

I like Warz Gil, I don't know why. It's probably because how goofy he is.

If he actually accomplished something he wouldn't be on my list. They really could have made him the Sincline of Gokaiger, but instead chose to make him Dokoku but without any of the ability to actually fight.
