We've now seen the BG Dragonzord on retailer websites from Malaysia, Taiwan, and China. I'm curious to how they're getting the info/pics and preselling them before Bandai of America even hints at the existence of the thing.

Totally stoked for the BG Dragonzord though. When the picture popped up a few months ago, I went ahead and bought a second BG Megazord specifically for Dragonzord in Fighting? Mode.

That looks really cool. Also, nice to see the green and white communicator pieces.

That Dragonzord is a want.

I knew we'd get a B&G Dragonzord soon.

Was hoping for a rerelease of the legacy dragonzord. But this one looks pretty sweet. May have to track down a black and gold megazord to go with it.

So taking something cool and making it black and gold equals profit, need to remember this

I wonder if the black and gold Megazord will go from virtual shelfwarmer to doubled price because of this :lol

Or maybe it'll have a new shelf-warming friend.

If it means Dragonzord mania is over, then I'm game.
(I still want classic, but this one looks pretty nice, I'll admit. Wish the mouth was still silver, though)

Have you looked for the Black and Gold Megazord recently? It's no longer searchable on TRU's website, had been out of stock online for at least a month before that, and is starting to sell for MSRP on eBay. It had been discounted at TRU for awhile, but it looks like the aftermarket price is slowly starting to go up now.

They're still in some stores, but people are buying them up to sell online.

Ah. I was unaware. I just remember it moving slowly and going for cheap (Well, as cheap as you can be for a Legacy item...)

Sounds like I should actually get around to picking these things up. Such inconvenient timing, with me moving and starting up school again.

To be fair, you could probably still say its moving slowly. It's just finally almost gone. I don't think a lot of people believed the Black and Gold Dragonzord was real the first time the image popped up last year. Now that this slightly better image is up, I've seen at least 3 different people on different sites say they want to or have bought a B/G Megazord just to have a matching set.

Power Ranger collectors seem to be more than just a little conditioned towards buying matching sets. All those near identical, colored-coded action figures will do that to a brain.

Wonder what Bandai thinks of their Toy Fair reveals being leaked yet again.

My thought process is that we'll see the Black and Gold Dragonzord at this year's Toy Fair. They revealed the Black and Gold Legacy Megazord at Toy Fair last year and that was, again, after a bunch of foreign sites listed it as a pre-order.

The Communicators was a no brainer. Now, they need to make one with a gold chrome and call it the "Gold Ranger Communicator".

At first I was like "Ah damn wish I had gotten that Legacy Black/Gold Megazord now."

Then I remembered the reason I don't is because there's so many other things I'd rather spend money on than over-priced, underwhelming "collector" items that I don't have a huge amount of attachment for.

Still, they should look badass combined together.

Hasbro and Takara have been doing it for years now.
