Figured I'd kick off this month's thread.

I got my first Black Series since my stores finally got the Old Han wave:

Picked up Phasma and a First Order Flame Trooper.

Oh hey, that reminds me, I picked up a Flame Trooper a few days ago, too. Haven't decided if I'm going to keep it, or return it and away a Figuarts version.

I've still never seen Phasma in person anywhere.

The figuarts are just expensive enough for me to shy away from them especially when there's a plethora of options avalaible out there for me.

My interest in black series is mostly limited to First Order stuff and the Revan that's coming out...meaning I'm doomed to troop building.

Needless to say, the Star Wars bug's bitten me pretty hard in a way it hasn't managed to before.

At least for the troopers, I favor the finish on the Figuarts, it's just a better look and texture that it's worth the extra expense for me. Also the articulation is generally better. They're not all home runs, for sure, but they are pretty much what I want in the scale.

But I will Absolutely buy the SWB Revan when he is released. I'd bet that Bandai is NEVER going to give us any EU characters. :(

Finally found a Yoda for my dad at a comic book store. Got the Blue Beetle book at a different comic book store for 40%off. The Doc Brown POP! was a going away present from my buddy Matt.

That's a lot of Sentai Lady LaserDiscs.

Though why you would put Bandora, Lamia or what I presume to be several other Lady Villains on something labeled "Sentai HEROINE" is beyond me.

I don't know anything about Mazinger, and I certainly don't have money for it, but I've been eyeing that SRC Mazinger SKL Final Count Version, because it looks amazing.

Just stopped by a Barnes & Noble to pick up One Punch Man volume 4 since I had a coupon. And since OPM is the only series I'm buying that's priced under 13 bucks...manga is expensive.

(i think this is like my second time at a physical B&N store in as many years. Jeez. Despite buying from them often online...if only it wasn't so expensive in-store...)

I spilled a drink on my shirt yesterday. :( Not wanting smell it all day long, and being too far to run home and change, I went to the nearest store to buy a cheap t-shirt. I found Star Wars t-shirts, and on sale, so instead of spending $5 for a plain black shirt, I spent $35 and got 4 new SW shirts. :D

got the majora's mask 2ds case and yokai watch game of life on Thursday. got the last two EX ressha I needed in on Saturday, now if I ever decide to get them, all I have left are the scope and energy ressha that come with weapons. though since those 2 are never used in mecha combos on screen they aren't all that necessary for me. doubt I will ever get the cryner robo with bonus parts, one can dream though. but oh lord with the yokai medals, its count the medals 1, 2, and 3 with those things ahaha.
