I don't usually buy Figuarts from series I haven't watched (not anymore anyway) but this guy looks way too fucking good. Especially that muffler, god damn. Gonna try to pick it up for sure.

Well that is beautiful, I'm glad I didn't get around to picking the old one up yet.

The price by itself is a little high, but understandable. The problem comes from the possibility of all the variations. I never got on the W Figuart train, so there's half of me that wants Tamashii to do all 17 forms of W (counting Kamen Rider Cyclone and Joker, hope I got that count right), Skull, and the Accel forms, but there's the sane half of me that hopes that Cyclone Joker is all we get.

With this coming out in October (having a hard date of the 22nd already is a little unusual but whatever), chances of pre-orders going live in two weeks are pretty high aren't they?

I'll be getting back from this vacation on the 31st, so that's good heh. But damn is that probably going to be a chore when it hasn't in a while lol.

With that said, he is a must buy. I can already see how much better he is than the one I have now.

Since it sounds like Bluefin has fixed their issues with Amazon, I'll definitely be preordering him from there.

Sometime this year. Some stuff from at least August on costs about 1000 yen more than previous figures (for example, Ghost was 4500, his upgrade form in August is 5400). These SS figures are similarly affected, though earlier, with Decade.

I mean. That seems like a pretty easy problem to solve. There's plenty of time to watch W between now and October. I personally made watching Kabuto a priority after the first SS was announced. Lol.

I mean, it would be simple to do, but I already have my entire watching order mapped out and W is one of the last shows I'm gonna get to (which may be for the best if all the hype is to be believed, a saving the best for last kind of thing maybe). Of course, if I somehow manage to blow through all the series I need to to get to W in the next 5 months (not totally impossible) it won't be an issue, but I don't feel like moving things around just for this figure. I'm down for buying it either way.

Plus, well, I actually already have the original CycloneJoker Figuarts so getting the upgrade will be a good move anyway.

I honestly think W is often very over hyped. It certainly was for me. It's still a great show, but I just can't say It lived up to the high expectation. I definitely wouldn't save it for last myself, but you do you.

I hope the port for the scarf is compatible with the scarves from the Figuarts 1.0 release. The new scarves are great, but not for relaxed poses. That aside, this is everything I could've possibly wanted from an SS W.

I can't wait to see what they do with OOO and Kiva.

Depends where you pre-order him but neither AmiAmi nor HLJ charge you upon pre-ordering, you pay when the item comes out in October.

Well, it's not deliberate, just works out that way since I'm trying to watch the series in chronological order as best as I can, and Double comes in comparatively late. I'm not expecting it to be the best thing since sliced bread, but if it does end up being just that, I won't complain about having to wait for it.

Even if I have to keep these Figuarts around without any real emotional attachment. Design is pretty rad anyways.

Don't get me wrong I am SUPER excited to own this figure, but urgh at all these October reveals. I'm (badly) trying my hardest to cut down and then they go and add this on top of Vegeta, Rider 1, Zetton and the Robot Damashii Z'Gok.

I'm gonna have to be really choosy about this :lol

This is the one that I've been holding out for . W is a favorite of mine and I held off on getting the older release when I started collecting hoping for this to come out one day .

I've had to skip some toku stuff recently (Bikel and Walter etc. :( ) due to Real Life, but oh maaaan I'll be buying this for sure!

I think I'm going to get rid of my original CycloneJoker Figuart now. It looks like crap compare to the new figuart. Maybe next year, we will get SS SHF of Faiz or OOO.
