Power Rangers Ninja Steel Logo Revealed
1 Attachment(s)
Coming early 2017 to Nickelodeon! :D
|
...In Space?
|
Looks fine to me. I mean, it's just a logo...
|
That logo is actually pretty cool.
|
Makes sense to me
|
Yep, just what I envisioned.
Can't complain. |
I like it. I like the galaxy in the back of it there a small mix of the in space & lost galaxy logo.
|
cant wait for them to mess up the toys with zord builder and no paint apps/ electronics.

In fact, I still think there's a chance we might get modded imports this time for a couple reasons: 1. The Megazords are pretty small as they are. While they CAN get smaller, as BOA has shown us in the past (thanks, Gosei Great), they'd have to get MUCH smaller because... 2. Lion-Ha Oh just can't fit into the $35 price point and still remotely function as he is meant to. However, we're benefiting from a movie year, which means... 3. BoA can justify price increases. Don't be surprised to see import Megazords at the $50 level this time around. BoA can also do this because kids can opt for the smaller Ottominnin, which I could see priced at the $20 level. Add in alternative non-transforming Megazord action figures at the $10 price point and BoA will have their bases covered well enough. But this is just speculation on my part. I know BoA is pretty dedicated to the Zord Builder play-style right now...but it DOES seem like they're downplaying it a bit with both Dino Charge and Legacy. It makes sense to go ahead and wean the fans off the play-style now as we head to what is essentially a marketing hard reboot for the movie and Ninja Steel. |
I don't know why it didn't hit me till just now, but the PR lightingbolt looks just like the one Captain Marvel has on his chest...
Anyways, I hope WishfulThinking is right, and BoA utilize the BoJ molds for the NS toys. Though even if they do, I don't see them dropping Zordbuilder any time soon. I could see them modifying the BoJ sculpts to utilize Zordbuilder ports. |
I really doubt Bandai would import Shurikenjin and try to sell it for $50 to kids. The whole point of the show is to make kids buy the toys, and if the Ninja Star Megazord, or whatever it ends up being called, is too much for them, it defeats the point. The Otomonin are intended to be add-ons to the megazord, not the main focus of the toy line. That's why they appear for a couple of episodes when they first appear, and the leave. So kids pick up the cheaper toy while it's still in their mind. Making them too expensive nixes that market too. Add in the fact that Zord Builder has been running for 6 years now (7 if we count this years stuff), which makes an even better selling point to kids, who love creating and mixing-and-matching, there's little chance they'd remove it just to sell toys that are too expensive.
Bear in mind, this is all my speculation, and I really don't know too much about the market. |

Get the Japanese Toys if you want no ZB and electronics. Kids love ZB, that's why we still have it on the BOA toys. |
The logo looks alright to me. It's not as striking as the Dino Charge one, but it does its job.
Now I don't care for the toys as much, but I am sure that they will continue on with zord builder. Its only connection ports guys, there is nothing wrong with that. |
Well, I hope it's less obnoxious than Ninninger's stuff. It's endless loud chanting and annoying music just for pressing a button was tortuous.
I hope they don't downsize the mechas. I don't like them, but they were one of the few mecha to intentionally add areas of articulation, and it would be a tragedy if they removed it. As for the logo, yup. That is a logo alright. |
Well, that's about what I was expecting. Suitably katana-y and pointy. Now to see how they manage to cram "Super" on there somehow next year...
|
SPACE!? 0.0 Please let it be so!

That is one cool logo.

$50 is the new $30, unfortunately. When basic 6" action figures are sold at mass retail for $19.99, you know the market has shifted. |

Dammit, Sentai's TMNT girl sig gives my nethers confused feelings...
Anyways, that..is a logo, ayup. I really hope they don't just cram Super in somewhere for the second half of the season, that's still by far the dumbest trend with the new seasons (as much as I'd like to say the zord builder crap is). I mean, Super Mega Force just sounds like a damned parody. Kinda surprised that they skipped over ToQger though, especially to adapt a season that seems a bit more...well, difficult to adapt. I kinda wish they'd have gone back and done GoBusters honestly. Not gonna write it off though, I mean look at what Disney was able to do with Go-Onger, RPM is far and away the highlight of the franchise if we ignore the nostalgia for the original seasons. |
