Definitely sounds like an interesting comic. I almost picked up a copy while out earlier today. If I can still find a copy of it next week I'll probably get it. Make my trip out to my LCS a little more worthwhile, since I'll otherwise only be picking up one comic.

I forget, how many issues is this miniseries going to be?

Edit: Looked into it myself, it's going to be a series of six issues. Should make for a solid story arc. I wonder who they'll do a mini-series for after this one. I imagine they'll stick to the first five for now, but I hope they do one for Adam eventually.

Gonna pick my copy up on the weekend. I knew Cameron Stewart wouldn't let me down!

Pretty sure Cameron Stewart is not involved, but his Batgirl co-writer, Brendan Fletcher, is.

This seems like a amazing comic. While Boom Studios's comics are acting like a modern day version of MMPR, I like how this goes back into continuity and addresses what happened after Kim left the team. The fact that they made a solo comic for a Pink Ranger (as the girls usually don't get much attention) is what really makes this awesome.

Oh man I was planning on picking this up but totally forgot. Well I'm going to a comic-con tomorrow so maybe I can grab a copy...

Dang this sounds nice.
I hope by the time they reach Turbo or In Space they bring up Rocky and how he is dealing with his injury.
Would love to see a Rocky-only comic where he makes a comeback as Zeo Ranger III Blue.
Or better yet a spin-off where him and Justin team up as a duo.

I hated Fletcher for what he did to Batgirl, but man I actually like this book.

Just a heads-up for those interested in the series. Issue #2 isn't set to release till July 13th.

Actually read the issue today and have to echo everyone's positive sentiments about it. Not only did they manage to make Kimberly an interesting character and respect the lore in giving her powers back, but I'm really interested to see what Goldar is up to here as well.

If the whole mini series goes as well as this issue I have no doubt that we'll be seeing more solo spin offs in the future.

I want to see more solo spinoffs just not of Tommy. I'd prefer a Justin solo over Tommy.

Loved it even more than I do the current MMPR comic. Hoping we'll get more Ranger one shots once Pink ends.

There is no MMPR one shots from Boom yet. One shots are a single comic period, there is no second issue.

Pink is a miniseries.

I meant mini series. Was in a rush when I typed that. I'm hoping we get more one ranger focus series. Like the Trio that go to the "Peace Conference"

Got and read a copy of it today. Doesn't look like this'll be a big seller around here, so I don't think I'll have any problems gettin the remaining issues for it.

Pretty good read, but nothing too spectacular either. I'll definitely get the rest of the mini-series, but at the same time, this isn't helping sell me on the ongoing. Not that it should have to, but part of me was kinda hoping it would.

I do really hope this leads to more mini-series focused around specific Rangers.

Finally got a chance to read this after getting it a week or so ago in my DCBS box. I really enjoyed it! I've always clamored for more "on their own" Power Rangers stories, and this one does it one better by setting it after Kimberly had moved on from the team. Very impressed by this first issue and am eager to see more of this miniseries!

Finally got my copy today. I bought two of them. THe one with her aiming her arrow with the pterodactyle zord behind her, and the one with her without her helmet on drawing he r bow with the other rangers behind her.

So um...when does #2 come out?

Must've missed that. I'm fine with that, gives me some more time.

Was just looking into the release date for issue #5, and I've discovered that there will be some delays for this miniseries. Issue #2 is now set to release July 27th, issue #3 is now set to release August 24th, issue #4 is also set for an August 24th release, but I imagine it'll get pushed back to sometime in September or October, and issue #5 is for some reason not set to release till November 16th.
