Maybe I missed it, but as far as I could tell, there isn't a thread for the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers or Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Pink series of comics by BOOM.

Thought maybe that should change and created a thread for discussion all about the comics. Your thoughts, your reviews, whatever.

Regarding MMPR Pink #2, I like that Zack and Trini are back, but man those new suits are horrendous!

I just love it!

Honestly, we hardly got to see them in the suits before they got captured, but yeah...it's cool to see Trini and Zack back...though the reasoning behind why Jason was unavailable is a bit perplexing unless they plan to cover something down the road on it.

He's obviously not Zeo Gold yet since it seems Tommy in his brief appearance was still the Mighty Morphin White Ranger....

Do we know when Pink #3 comes out?

For those interested, the fourth issue of the Pink miniseries comes out this week. With any luck the next two issues will come out with any further delays...

So i spent an entire afternoon reading most of the issues released up to this point and so far i really like this series. Can't wait to see future stories.

Finally got around to reading the latest issue of the Pink Ranger miniseries. Probably the best issue so-far, so my interest in the story has been renewed.


I'm curious to see what else they might do with miniseries stories like this. I would definitely be up for one centered around Adam Park.

Of all the better things I've seen by BOOM for PR (and I haven't seen them all), I honestly think that the concept of Typhonis from the Pink Miniseries and the Goldar history lesson from the Annual are the best concepts they've come up with. If the original Goldar ever returns in the shows for whatever reason, give a representation for his "counterpart" as well! If the comics prove to be lucrative enough to support elsewhere, give Typhonis a figure! Even a 5 in. special would be nice!

The characters follow the same classic lines from the 93's show.

Anyone else think the 5th issue of the Pink miniseries could have easily been it's finale? The plot to the miniseries has been resolved, so this last bit that's going to be in issue #6 just seems... needlesly tacked on. I don't really need to know what's going on with the actual PR team atm...

Honestly BOOM comics is the best thing that came out of the franchise ever since Saban bought it back.

Was kinda looking forward to getting the final issue to the Pink miniseries this week, but nope... it's been delayed till next week.

While I was looking forward to future PR miniseries, all of the delays with Pink have pretty much killed that interest. I might get them, but I'll definitely be waiting for trade collections. No more individual issues of BOOM miniseries for me...
