Ex-Aid (real name: "Houjou Emu") is a medical intern, Brave ("Kagami Hiiro") is a surgeon and Snipe ("Hanaya Taiga") is referred to as a FORMER doctor...


There's also mention of a group called the "Genmu Corporation" in charge of things...

This will be really interesting especially Ex-Aid has some of black jack vibes and Go-Busters vibes in my opinion... :D

The more I see of this show the more I absolutely love it. Especially sniperman with his plastic green hair over his eye and yes. There's nothing in these scans I don't love.

Well I am loving Brave's rider kick, he just looks so done with everything.

I can't believe we're also getting a medical theme with this season like what everybody initially guessed. That's amazing, I love it.

It's something with Ex-Aid's name that tipped people off, the 'Aid' part specifically
This is something I hope reflects in Brave's personality. Something I love about KR is how emotion (and character arguably) has to be used in body motion

This will probably be my favorite series. I love the character so much and the suit designs are really cool. Too bad there's no news on Racer, his design was my favorite.

So are Ex-Aid & Genmu gonna be KR's Ryu & Akuma?

I do not like one thing that I'm seeing right now.

I'm getting some serious Ryuki/Gaim vibes from this show.

Being a huge fan of Ryuki, and given how interesting Gaim was, this makes me pretty happy.

I hope Brave will treat Ex-Aid nicer. Ex-Aid's a medical intern while Brave is a top surgeon. So he thinks our hero is way beneath him.

Well this looks pretty fun. I get a serious 90s nick vibe from the designs.

Considered Snipe is anti-hero rider and he is a third rider. It's kindly make sense to have Secondary Rider being less jerk and more kind to others

It's a refresh for Secondary Rider because last 3 riders were anti-heroes

I am entirely willing to let this show surprise me. Just because the suits are terrible, it doesn't mean that the show will necessarily follow suit.

Same. After Zyuohger's horrid impression based on magazine scans and brief snippets, I was pleasantly surprised by it's quality.
I'm hoping Ex-Aid will do much of the same. It helps that I don't have to forcefully lower my expectations, since I really dislike the designs.

I keep reminding myself that it's virtually impossible to be worse than Ghost.

I'm getting a Gaim vibe from this so far and I can dig that but I'm really looking forwards to the S.H.Figuarts for theses . I passed on almost all of the Ghost ones except Ghost himself .

They should do a crossover with Drive at some point.

Sooo apparently me and Matrix are having the same mind set about this but I do hope the show is good because I like the idea but that last time I didn't care for the main rider's designs before the show aired were Wizard and Fourze which does worry me for the fact that both series I do not care for so I really hope this feeling is wrong and this show will be good because the only thing I like about the designs is Racer and that its not Ghost

I'm so ready for this show. I'm loving the look of everything. Bit sad that we have to wait until next month to see Racer tho. He's the one I'm most curious about by far.

To further confirm that Taiga/Snipe is a homage to Black Jack it says he is a unlicensed doctor.

In that case, it looks like he's the only EX-Aid here!

That is not a good thing to be. I'm already envisioning his character performing terrible back alley plastic surgeries with dirty utensils and silicone caulk.

I'm getting good vibes from what I've seen so far. Really looking forward to this, I might have to watch it as it airs.

I don't have high hopes for this. I just feel like Kamen Rider's hit a slump with Ghost and I'm not sure Ex-Aid will change my mind on the matter.

true I am liking EVERY thing I am seeing sans Ex-Aid's suit but it will probably grow on me

Ghost would've been the first series I watched as it aired but I dumped it early on and from what I am hearing I am not missing much as much as I love Mugen and I like Necrom it's not enough to save Ghost IMO

I officially LOVE That one of the Bugsters is named Salty Bugster I already love this series because of that

I'm sure the same was said during Wizard, yet look what came after Wizard. The older I get, the more I'll never understand why people are such pessimists about the things they enjoy.

It's because they enjoy them. People don't want to see the things they love decline in quality, even though that's purely subjective. Discouraged folks should have as much right to comment as those who are positively behind a project.
