Go-Busters Super Mode Revealed
 

More scans from the third-quarter toy catalogues have revealed further Go-Busters news. As well as a new Buster Machine and combinations, it seems our heroes will also be receiving an upgrade/super mode in future episodes.

This mode, known as Go-Busters Powered Custom, will accessed by the GB Custom Visor - due for a toy release around October/November.

Ok, the Upgrade device is clunky, but as far as the suits themselves go, I think they're actually pretty cool.

Yeah they look cool enough to me. Simple yet effective.

It reminds me of when I go see a 3D movie. I already were glasses to see far away, and in a 3D movie I where an extra pare of glasses.

Not my favorite upgrade but it is minimalist in what it ads and looks nice.

Those have to be the most underwhelming suit designs for a super-mode I've ever seen. They look like any other series' normal suits.

You ever think that they did so much with Gokai, and so much went into it, that they came around to do Go-Buster and said.. "Meh, just throw something together as filler. Next year we'll think of something decent."

Not really. Silver had Gold Mode, but that's it.

Nope. I think the thought process was "Ok, we just did an all out anniversary series that should hold people over for at least 10 years. Now let's do something different."

That's what I'm thinking too. Keiji Inafune was right when he said Japan isn't trying as hard as it used too. Just because you did a popular anniversary series DOESN'T mean you can slack off in quality in the next. It's time for Gokaiger to stop being worshiped as the greatest thing ever and work on making the other series be loved too.

Don't really care what anyone's saying (The suits look alright, would prefer something more pronounced though. The device looks stupid.), but that statement is the greatest thing ever.

I just feel like these super modes are the least complex thing I've seen in a while. They don't look bad, just not dramatically different from the normal costumes. The biggest difference is those thick chest plates which appear to me to be based on each of their buddyroids.

if u call this armor too light i say this in return, bsides goseiger wen was the last super mode that, u know, did something cooler than the original design, this one at least tries

ummmmmmm... its a cloth. it would help in absolutely no way, that would get in the way a bit

I believe he's referring to super modes that drastically deferred from their original designs. Like he said, coats aren't very drastic.

Super Geki Mode!

The Legend Magirangers remain the best example, in my opinion, of how to make a Super Mode. Really lovely, attractive designs, plus they had a great story arc in obtaining them.

Another really attractive one is the Super Geki design.

i guess i would count super geki mode if only for the jetpack lookin things

I think this super mode doesn't "Attach", but their normal suits just transform into it.

Agreed, though I don't mind the Morphin' Brace upgrade that much
