My first non-KR SHF, bought for around US$20. A few issues but not completely unposeable. The Mantan Gun was two dollars, the Hybrid Magnum around five.

Used to be more of a sneakerhead, but got away from it for a long time. Picked up the Foamposite Pros & a pair of Hyperflights recently, plus a pair of Wool Jordan 12s hopefully on the way if Foot Locker would bother to ship them. Some of these Nike/shoe drops are as stressful/irritating as Tamashii drops on AmiAmi.

Since Hastings is going out of business, our local Tradesmart has now put all of their movies from 60-90% off. As such, we grabbed quite a bit from them today:

Star Wars cost me $12 but I'm still pissed that they stacked the god damn discs. Is it really that hard to just use a 3 disc case?

On the other hand, the Bela Lugosi set was 55 cents, so even if the movies are in terrible quality, we didn't pay much at all for them.

I want one of those Hi-Metal Valkyrie but they are always sold out...

They're nice. I'm glad I got sucked into the line. The VF-1A's seem to be coming back in stock pretty regularly. Have you used FiginStock to keep up with them? Sadly, I missed out on the Hikaru and Roy DYRL Valks and they're too pricey on the secondary market for me. You can still preorder the Milia Jenius one, but it's a TWE so you'll probably have to pay at least half up front. I think the regular release Maximilian Jenius might still be available, too.

I'm not really a fan of the V1-A's colour scheme, but I LOVE that fact that they included both TV and Movie parts with that figure. That's the kind of attention to detail I love.

I've been really happy with the Hi-Metal R releases that I've managed to snag so far. Bandai really seems interested in what people want to see. I don't know if they're ever going to be able to top the Destroid Monster, though. That thing is freaking amazing and is the toy I wish I could have had as a kid.

They even did a secret figure of him where he's the Thousand eyed Titan with all the eyes all over his head .

Found this guy today at my local TRU, but they had the shipping box they come in stashed away on the top shelf with a bunch of Mattel stuf on top of it.
