I'm not holding back on spoilers!!!

This was an action-heavy episode with mild levity using Sledge & Poisandra as well as Heckyl's "fun-redemption" period. You get a lot of Megazord combinations, the spawn of Godzill--I mean, Greenzilla, and death of Snide! They don't give Snide new footage as a giant (unfortunately), but they still use the Dino Charge Ultrazord on him, completely violating many of the tenants of PR in the process, but given that he had the Dark Energem, it's marginally justifiable...kinda. The separation of Rangers between Megazords made sense except for the fact that Phillip and James pilot Plesio and not their own Zords alongside Spino, but it's a minor detail. The wedding on the ship isn't nearly as memorable as Zedd and Rita, but it shows how Sledge and Poisandra are meant to channel the two in my mind. Wasn't bad, so at least they might be able to end this on a decent note!

P.S.: Is there supposed to be a Talon Ranger or not? I can't find a decent answer!

When Snide said Magna Beam I was thinking "Aw cool, we're getting an original zord fight". But when Sledge came in and he was like "No" and then I was like "DAMMIT".
Do you think we'll ever get an original zord fight in the Neo-Saban era.

Logistically, I think no! This isn't an old argument, but it's one without good answers. They have access to the suits, and I could swear that one of the toy commercials used Dino Charge Megazord/Kyoryuzin in new footage! However, the time and stress of such new footage might not be worth the effort. If we were ever lucky, and that is such a big IF, Saban and Co. would probably just order new footage from Toei like with Zyu2, passing the buck to let them do some new stuff and probably limited new stuff for the sake of PR! Again though, highly unlikely! As it stands, any new footage of Megazords would be CGI like we saw in Dino Charge Regular, and probably just a shot or two to maintain continuity.

So, where did this rumor originate from? Why has it reached even the fan questions when the chance arises to ask official channels?

No idea - the Dino Charge and Titano Charge Morphers both have sounds for 'Spinosaurus - Power Ranger Talon', but that's the extent of it. Nothing else official has ever confirmed his existence, I believe; although I do think the head writer said he was 'a possibility' at one point? I guess people just took it as fact before the final decision was made.

Regarding Talon Ranger, with spoiler tags for all those who wish to leave it a surprise.

The sound-byte "Talon Ranger" was included in the Morpher toy because at one point Bandai America was given the information that Deathryuger/Kyoryu Navy would be included in the US adaption under the name "Talon Ranger". However, things change, and Talon Ranger was chosen NOT to be included in the series.

Bandai America knows that the fans want that suit and want a toy of that suit. They are doing what they can.

Chip Lynn was asked (by us!) whether or not Talon Ranger was going to be in the show at SDCC 2015. He was coy and said "If there's footage of him from Sentai then there's always a chance we use him". Then again, Chip said Dino Supercharge would have some of the "best episodes of the entire franchise".

Oops.

There is so little of Deathryuger to use that the only tangible option, if ever the opportunity arose, would be to make a one-off story with a plethora of new footage. Using Remorseful Knight Arslevan from 100 Years After, one could conceive of a PR battle between Deathryuger and his alternate form, Kyoryu Navy. Admittedly, it's just fan-wishing!

In Chip's defense, perhaps there were original ideas like "Talon Ranger" which were scrapped in the long run. When asked, he had to respond with the information he had at the time and the information he was "allowed" to divulge. Also, is a writer really gonna chew out their own material before it airs?

Bonus Question: What happened to the "Recent Posts" forum list on the homepage?

Yeah not to rag on the guy, I mean he gave us some of the best seasons in Power Rangers that's for sure. But I feel this wasn't his best work. I don't know whether it was interference from the other writers like how every episode in Supercharge and the latter half of Dino Charge there was always another writer other than Chip or it was Nickelodeon calling the shots in certain aspects or whatnot. I feel kinda bad, cause Saban went through all the effort to bring Chip back into the franchise, but sadly Dino Charge was a bit lackluster in some areas. I hate to make him feel like we're being too picky and unpleaseable with it.
