Is the wonder woman any good? Every time I almost buy a mafex, the face on the final product never looks quite as good as the promo pics, which is really annoying because they have a lot of really impressive looking face sculpts coming out.

I haven't really gone over the figure in detail yet but my first impressions are that she's a decent figure overall. Definitely better than Superman was out of the box. The only things that could be better are the face sculpt which doesn't look as good as the promo shots but is passable and the shoulder joints are very obvious and the hair doesn't really cover them on mine like they do in the promo shots. The only other thing is more a QC thing with questionable paint apps in certain areas like her lips and her elbows.

I still don't understand why and and how HLJ was selling TWEs but I'm happy to finally have star parts that won't fit in a detolf. This entire order cost less to ship than what NY would have charged me to just ship the star parts.

Now that I've seen Charizard's box I'm less surprised Nippon Yasan emailed me to say they undercharged me for shipping.

How many times do they plan to pull that shit instead of just charging people for shipping once they can actually estimate the cost correctly? I'm so glad I don’t buy from these clowns anymore.

But yeah, it was a completely dick move on their part regardless (especially since it was for a whopping 500 yen :rolleyes) but seeing the box it came in be about 3 times the size of their usual packaging took me by surprise a bit :lol

Reason I ask was some where I read when gaim came out there was a brake issue so just want to make sure about the sic for the future.

Yeah, that was me. Psycho actually got the replacement I received from Amiami after they let me return my broken SIC Gaim. My break was likely just some one-off factory defect, because I don't recall anyone else having that issue.
