Toku Toy Box 2016 Giveaway Official Details!

TokuNation's annual giveaway Toku Toy Box has returned! To celebrate the holidays this season and our 5 year anniversary we've assembled the latest and greatest in our series of annual giveaways! Read on to find out how to enter!

From today, December 1st 2016 through January 4th 2016 we'll be posting a series of galleries spanning classic Japanese series as far back as Ultraman, Akumaizer 3 & Tokkei Winspector as well as modern series up to and including Kamen Rider Kabuto, Kamen Rider Drive, & more! Each time a gallery goes live, you need only make one relevant (non-spam) post in that discussion thread to be entered into our giveaway! Additional posts in the same gallery will not give you additional entries. However there will be a total of 16 different galleries going live over the course of the next month, so you will 16 chances to put your name in for entry, 1 for each gallery. Every time we post a new gallery you'll have yet another chance to be entered into our giveaway!

Toku Toy Box is open ONLY to registered TokuNation.com users, but this contest is open worldwide. We will ship these prize packs anywhere. You just need to register and post in any of the relevant upcoming photo galleries for a chance to win. Each time we post an eligible gallery we'll tag it so you know what to do.

Ya know, I do have the most posts and I'm the most active member of the forum. Maybe y'all could hook a poor brother up with that Power Rangers pack, because that would certainly lighten up my otherwise non-existent Christmas~ :lol

I just want everyone impressed by that Power Rangers pack to know that it's all Kickback's doing. He wanted to make our 5th anniversary extra special and he certainly did. Those Megazords are all him!!

Well, he most certainly went all out, then~
It kind of massively overshadows the others :lol

And whoever wins it will be the most HATED person on our site. :lol

Awesome, you guys really did great. Not just because the prize packs are insane, but also for keeping this tradition up every year, that's amazing.

But like usual, I will resist my urge to comment on every gallery simply because the galleries are amazing so that I don't enter on prizes I don't want. So since I will not comment on some galleries, let me just say in advance that I appreciate your efforts and that I look forward to the pics.

And I also look forward to Den-O unveiling his figure of the year since it will stand next to the hat when he draws the winners :D

You staff guys are crazy generous every year. As a past winner, I want to reiterate how grateful I am and how awesome you are.

No need to thank me - we're celebrating our 5th anniversary in January and while this is only our ... 3rd(?) TokuToyBox, I wanted to make sure we had a big celebration feel for our little milestone.

We're not the biggest site. We're not the most popular site. We don't always get the breaking news first.

But we're the only site that gives back to the community on a yearly basis - and out of our own pocket too. We don't take the freebies that we get from Saban Brands/BOOM! Studios and flip them to you. The comics in this prize pack? Den-O bought them himself. I kept the freebies that BOOM! gave us because they are a great read :lol

Believe it or not I announced our first Toku Toy Box waaaaaay back on December 1st 2012! So this actually is our 5th year in a row of giveaways. It's crazy how time has flown man.

Sorry for the stupid question, but where can I see which gallery grants entry for which prize pack? I remember last year it was right in the header or preview text of each gallery, I can't seem to find it now though.

Sorry, misread your post. There is no specific pack tied to any one gallery anymore. You can state what you'd prefer in this thread or when you'd make an entry. But no gallery specifically puts your name in for any 1 specific prize pack. We did away with that a couple years ago actually.

Yeah I just looked it up, you guys did it like this in 2014 when I entered, I didn’t bother participating in 2015 since I wanted none of the prizes and would’ve rather seen others win them so I missed the change in the system.

So should my name be drawn for the Power Rangers or Super Sentai prize pack please discard it and draw another one, I don’t want those.

Well I would certainly want anything. I just like the idea of winning, it's fun! :D If I really didn't want whatever I won, I could just give it away to someone on here who did.

I feel like I'm not alone in saying the Power Rangers prize pack is the one I'd want the most, though. Especially with the Canadian prices on Legacy items.

I would be happy winning anything on here too, however I have no love for Power Rangers whatsoever and the Super Sentai pack simply has nothing in it I want.

So instead of winning one of those two packs and then re-directing it to someone else (or selling it) I rather want someone to win who would really love to own it :)

Oh yeah, I know, I'm just saying I, personally, wouldn't be picky.

This is so generous of you guys. What I find most generous though is how this contest is open to everyone in the world. That is so rare to find and really awesome.

You guys will laugh but while I want everything in that power rangers bundle, its the dino charge fury figure which is the biggest need at this moment. I started collecting again earlier this year and every store was out of him and he just keeps climbing on e-bay. So he would be s super sweet cherry on top of that beautiful sunday you are serving, especially since I would never dream of having the chance to collect the legacy line, with it being so out of my budget.

Of course I would be happy winning anything, these are all cool prizes I would cherish but in order of what I would want the most it would be: PR bundle. Sentai Bundle (especially since I dont think they will be made by BOA) and then Kamen riders and the miscelanious bundle, so pretty much the same order you guys have put it.

The PR bundle!!! I would probably faint if I win that xD

Tell ya what, if by some fluke I win and you don't, I'll send you the Fury 'cuz I don't know who he is. :lol

It's really weird how PR figures are so hard to find for me. PR used to be huge, now I have to go out of my way to find them period. I still can't find the Dino Charge Megazord.
