Go-Busters Mission 22 discussion "The Beautiful Avatar, Escape"
 

alright, in this weeks episode we are introduced to a new character, the mysterious Escape!

I think the fights really stood out in this episode. Probably some of the best yet I've seen in Go-Busters, and it was especially noticeable during the Escape fight.

Does anyone know who directed this one? It really sort of reminded me of the first episode of Gokaiger.

So Enter is now 'Useless' to Messiah? Despite, you know, building his new Megazord, showing him human suffering for the first time, doing no worse than Escape's first try... Escape may be awesome, but Enter got there first, and has a badass labcoat.

On a side note, Escape is beautiful and awesome!

This wasn't a bad episode at all. The on foot fight scenes were awesome but...

I really hope they don't spam Great Gobusteroh...I found myself being bored with the mecha fights again.

I wonder if Enter would be like a rogue villain now that he knows Messiah is more than willing to replace him anytime.

By the way Escape looks hotter than what her picture suggested.

That's the least of my worries in Go-Busters. Where the past few years they go straight to their latest combination and the fights are just boring...not only did we not get Great Go-Buster the episode after it premiered...we got an individual mecha doing most of the fighting instead of a combination. When was the last time we saw an individual do fighting outside of the first episode?

We got another mecha incoming that doesn't look nearly as clunky as Great, so hopefully that will mix things up. It's certainly a concern. One of the great things about Go-Busters was, unlike most setnai series, the mecha battles were actually fun to watch. The fights with Great, though, have been slow, boring and in that awful dark, red tinted fake hyperspace. I really hope they ditch that soon.

Tbh I dont think they spammed Gobusteroh on us like they usually do in Sentai so I hope they'll continue to mix up the mech fights.

So much for my theory that Enter and Escape are the same two people.

Still, you'd think Messiah would be more grateful that he did all that work for him.

What show have you been watching? Messiah is incredibly impatient and petulant. He doesn't seem to regard Enter as much more than a tool, primarily because he's also a bit too stupid to really understand how useful Enter really is.

For a Sentai big bad he's pretty much a big brat instead. Sooner or later Enter's going to think "I've been doing all this work for a computer virus that, even after all the work I did for him is still an impatient child" I do keep up with Go-Buster but not as much as Fourze so my info's a little off here and there.

I doubt "Messiah" is sticking around to the end if he stays this way though the show. If only the henchmen are serious about their goals then people lose interest.

I just hope his final form is a twenty-story topless woman with cannons growing out of her back.

I was thinking a powerful robot body with black armor and instead of a head it's a hologram of his face like that one guy from Tank Girl.

Please don't remind us Tank Girl exists :p


All I have to say about the episode is Escape is smoking hot...and legal! That way I don't get strange looks before knowing the actress' age.

Pretty cool episode. The fact that they had to create that fake Hyperspace thing to justify the use of Great Go-Buster is kinda weird, but cool, as long as they don't end up doing that every episode. Also the plot with that kid wasn't quite as bad as I anticipated.

I like Go-busters before, and with the addition of the sexy Escape, I'm loving it even more. :)
