They look good and I can't wait to see more! But I wonder how often the horns on black get caught on things. :lol

There are 42 episodes out so far, meaning about 8 more weeks as they usually skip a week for the new year iirc

Kyuranger starts February 12th so Zyuohger will end the week before that.

So this confirms they appear in Ninnin vs Zyuoh. Cool.
I find it kind of odd that they're fighting the main villains of Zyuoh, rather than throwaway enemies.

Anyway, their stars are fine, but "Food star" sounds a little silly.

As for your joke, I couldn't take another year of Genius. Good god that would be terrible.

Okay, so now, we know the unique costume detail for Sasori Orange. I still haven't worked out what it is for Kajiki Yellow or Chameleon Green (I'm still not convinced about a tiny tail on the upper back,) and I kinda assume Shishi Red doesn't have one, since his is the base suit.

This is the third series in a row to have a male yellow ranger. Interesting. Usually in the recent years, male yellow rangers have been rare.

I remember seeing it somehwere that the reason why there arent so many yellow male rangers in recent yeara is because yellow is a femmenine color or something like that. This was a while ago tho.

I cannot wait to see these guys in action!

Yellow's helmet is 3D.

Sure, but so is Oushi Black's. I've been ignoring the helmets in terms of unique suit details since that's consistently varied the way Sentai usually does, although perhaps not all the suits *have* a unique non-helmet detail.

It's actually Food MeiStar. It's a pun I imagine.

The suits just get cooler and cooler!

No more 50 episode Sentais anymore it seems.

TenbinGold is also supposed to be a pun, I think. Trick Star = Trickster

Going back to KajikiYellow and ChameleonGreen's unique features... I was wondering if the hiragana on the foldout held any insights.

ShishiRed: I'm strong
OokamiBlue: Hair raising (?)
OushiBlack: I'm big
ChameleonGreen: Fast
KajikiYellow: I'm tough

They do seem to be referencing Pink, Silver, Orange, Blue, and Black's specific suit quirks.

But not Green, Yellow, Red, or Gold. So... Nope. No help. :lol

Ruling out helmet differences (which I think is safe), and considering there don't seem to be unique suit features for them... maybe Green, Yellow, and Red are the team's human characters?

As Gold is the Scales, "Scold" could be "Judge."

You're right, and that's clever. Reading those, it just occurred to me that "Speed Star" = speedster. Assuming they're using English rather than Japanese, it's got to be deliberate.

Sweeeeet. I expect a Super Mario Galaxy reference somewhere in this.

*Shishi Red is said to be "born lucky," which gives him special guidance in fights.
*Ookami Blue is a Jyujin (literally "BeastMan") who specializes in "wild" combat.
*Oushi Black is a robot, built to be a wrestler.
*Tenbin Gold is an android nicknamed "The Mechaman" with the power to control other machines
*Hebitsuki Silver is an alien who works best with Gold & has a special power to paralyze opponents.
*Sasori Orange is a veteran warrior who uses poisonous techniques
*Chameleon Green is a ninja-alien who can change her body colors to hide in plain sight.
*Washi Pink is an android designed with enhanced speed & flight capabilities
*Kajiki Yellow is a chef, and fights chiefly with blade weapons.

Nice! But those wrist braces have to be awkward with that large piece in the hand, especially if it's there all the time.

Two androids and a robot on the team? Well that's surprising, but awesome.

So two rangers are androids, and one is a straight up robot. Neato! I will say, while I like the helmets, some being asymmetrical, with some not, is really distracting. Especially with no rhyme or reason to whihc are which.

I can be foolish. Given food meister, trickster, and speedster, it only just hit me that Shishi Red's pun is "superstar."

I've been watching the Cell Saga of DBZ, so I could use more clarity "android" here. Basically, I want to know if we are dealing with Data or the Borg.



PS Before anyone starts explaining the differences of android and cyborgs are, I know. What I want to know is if the show (and/or translator in this case) knows what those things are.

So KajikiYellow is basically Sanji and Zoro from One Piece were one character, huh?

So this will be a ragtag team of misfits? This is more risky concept and I love it!

Black's isn't 3D, his horns just stick out. Yellow's "nose" protrudes from the helmet.
