Gobusters BC-04 SJ-05/Buster Hercules Gallery!
25 Attachment(s)
Tokumei Gattai! Beet Buster and Stag Busters' personal machines appeared for the first time in episode 16 of Tokumei Sentai Gobusters. The BC-04 and SJ-05 are the final pieces in the mighty Great Gobuster! Check out Tokunations' full 24 image gallery of the 2 with a bonus appearance by a yet unseen (but official) Gobuster Ace Combo!

How can two vehicles be that awesome seperate, that awesome together, and then create a whirlwind of suck that massive it could swallow the whole of Time and Space when it combines with Go-Buster Oh?
Loving your photog work though, Den. The dark backrounds are a good choice, and the lighting was perfect. Den-O's photography is always at a Climax :thumb: |

And I mostly agree with you. The Beet and Stag are great separately. The vehicle modes are fantastic and the beetle modes are great (Stag being the better of the 2). But the actual Gobuster Beet robot mode is lackluster. The shoulders aren't even positioned where they should be and he has balance issues. After combining him with Stag to form Buster Hercules those balance issues multiply tenfold. The gun is so long in the right hand that you have to pose it one ratchet further out than the arm with the pincer weapon. The Great Gobuster combo is a complete joke in toy form as well. Horrible proportions, pieces just plugged on all over the place simply for the sake of not being left over, and the thing is like 6 inches deep from chest to back, but then it has chicken legs. Overall Bandai seriously dropped the ball on these guys. However the added little combo of Stag and Ace is actually really fun and works better than the combo with Beet honestly :lol |
Very nice job!!

You don't suppose there's a modification that could be made so that Beet's shoulders are in the right place, do you?

Love the look of these. Can't wait for the Minipla. :thumb:

Great gallery Den-O! |
Nice pics. Though i was initially disappointed in beet's proportions, ive grown to like it. The gun/ swords are neat. Even the great gobuster form looks ok to me...

i dont see y people are always bashing on great go-buster, i mean he could just look at u and be like "the f**k u looking at" and u know ur f**ked. plus, he has four arms!
|
I think great gobuster's already at the same cluster level as engineoh g12(despite being made out of only 5 units!) so i hope the multi combine ends there (other than gobuster king). But i still say great gobuster looks fine.
|
Really? Cause the G12 is a fabulous monster. I love that thing. The Great Gobuster looks like a Mugenbine reject to me. A bunch of oddball pieces just plugged on wherever to get them out of the way. I mean Gorisakis' head literally just balances on the back plate that the Beet forms. He doesn't even really plug in and the giant staff has the Gobuster-Oh mask just stuck to it. This design was not well thought out or executed. Individually each figure is pretty good. Ace and Stag probably being the better 2 out of the 5 but together they all lose something.
