And he sounded soooo enthused when he said it. :lolol

Alpha has his catchphrase. All doubts I had about this movie are instantly gone.

I did give credit for them not having Alpha do the high-pitche Ay yi yi before, right? Because that sounded fso forced and out of place in context here. Like it was taken from a different source and dubbed in.

Also, what's the point of making a Mastodon Zord if it's just going to be as agile and quick as the tiger? Shouldn't it be slow and lumbering and be used for artillery or muscle and not ramping off mountains? It looks ridiculous moving like that.

BTW, Zack's acting sucks. I know for PR that's a standard, but again, for a big budget movie they should not be at the same standards as children's television.

But seriously, not exactly a bad use of the catchphrase. Low. Sarcastic. Fed-up. Fitting. Still not expecting much from this movie, but I mean credit where it's due.

Looks like fun though. Can't wait to see the film.

Remember the Mastodon goes on to become the Lion Thunderzord.

A lion with 16 legs and a crocodile mouth. :p

That's a terrible excuse, mostly because we don't even know if they'll do the Thunderzords.

And even so, it's not a lion yet, and if anything being turned into a lion later would mean it would have to not be one now.

Also, man do the eight legs looks stupid as hell.

I now believe the theory that it was supposed to be some kind of spider originally.

Because I refuse to believe the people behind this film are too stupid to know what a Mastodon is.

That would be awesome. But I fear that would make the movie Thunder Megazord look like it has a crocodile head for a dick.

Apparently they wanted to make it look like alien tech that was inspired by mastodons. But perhaps they were high on pot while listening to Mastodon and got terribly confused.

That seems like the most likely explanation of why this looks like a spider-mastodon hybrid instead of a alien mastodon.

Yet the Power Coin manages to have a realistic depiction of a mastodon on it.

I seriously cannot fathom the thought process behind these Zords.

My bet? It's an unholy compromise between two ideas instead of just picking one and sticking with it.

I mean, a Megazord made out of alien creatures could be awesome as would a modernization of the original, because, let's face it, even Bayformers couldn't stop robot dinosaurs from looking badass, opinions about the rest of the movie be damned. Even if I'd prefer the aliens personally, so much crazy potential there.

At this rate, I'm expecting that the sequel that features Tommy will make his Dragonzord look less like Godzilla and more like a giant demonic metal centipede.

It looks fun, but Zack's acting is terrible. Dunno if it's intentional because PR is known for bad acting, but if it is then it's stupid.

It's really sad that AOE's Dinobot's looked more like Dinosaurs than these.
