Pending official confirmation but Amazon Canada is listing the PR 2017 movie's Blu-Ray release for June 27, 2017.

That's surprisingly quick imo. 3 months. Usually a bit longer to release DVDs and Blu-rays iirc

No it's not. 90 days is about the average now from theater to video release. Disney is the only company these days that might take longer.

Ok so here in the u.s. on the 27th of next month the same time as power rangers dino supercharge. The movie & season 23 on the same day.

Media releases are usually the same for both sides of the border.

I'm hoping Walmart will allow the disc preorder option they've given some releases on Vudu.

Basically, you buy the HDDC now, they'll send you the disc when it's finally released via USPS. It's roughly $5-6.00 more than the HDDC, but it's just about what you'd pay in stores to get the disc, anyway.

You get the digital copy now and just wait for the disc to arrive about 2 weeks later.

I really don't understand people, the movie reached number two in the US right behind beauty and the beast and it made a crap load of money and got good audience reception 75% audience approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Why are people saying it bombed. It may not have avatar levels or Titanic, but it certainly made a bunch especially not even considering international release yet. [China and Japan specifically]

Will definitely pick up the bluray, but the cover..well, the angle all the zords are at feels so.."titled in photoshop" to me.

because it was a terrible movie it was just out and out a worthless point less cash in.

Bought the Blu-Ray for $9 during Black Friday at Target. Wanted the 4K but I'm good with this.
