S.H. Figuarts Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider 1 & Takeshi Hongo
 

Unveiled at last year's Tamashii Nations event and last seen at the Tamashii World Tour in Osaka, the Shinkocchou Seihou Kamen Rider 1 is finally confirmed for release through a display at the Tamashii Showroom: He will be a retail release in December for the standard Shinkocchou Seihou price, 6480¥.

Accessories are at this point unknown, pre-orders will probably open up during the next two months.

Crap, I still haven't been able to sell off the original version.

I want it, I so want it. But I kinda really would've preferred the original suit. Either way the figure looks plain gorgeous. Kinda odd/cool thinking that this would be the seventh SS release this year.

The one SS figuart I want the most. I so happy that he will be release this year yes. Glad Bandai is moving forward with this figuart he looks amazing.

This makes me so happy I'd held off on picking up a previous Kamen Rider 1 release.

I do believe it's finally time I got myself a KR One.

Takeshi Hongo is finally confirmed for release in Figuarts form! He will arrive in December, alongside the new Rider 1 Figuart, apparently also as a retail release.

Price and exact accessories are currently unknown, expect more details next week.

Oh man, that looks cool. I fell out of Figuart collecting years ago, but I still hope they do more of these. I really hope they do Ichimonji and Taki, too (the world needs more Taki merch).

...that moment when you consider buying the Shinkocchou Seihou figure of a Rider you don't actually care about in the hopes that strong sales will motivate Bandai to produce pre-transformed Riders you *do* care about.

Joji please. We SERIOUSLY need a Joji figure. Or maybe Kamen Rider BLACK circa 1987 Kotaro.

Bandai updated Takeshi Hongo's page with a cool new accessory: like Retsu, Hongo will include an effect piece to represent the moment where he henshins into Rider 1!
