Movie Megazord looks pretty damn cool

The only thing I can tell on the Movie Megazord figure is that it appears to have some chrome and better paint, but I'm not 100% sure (I haven't yet assembled my regular one yet).

Obviously - I will pry end up with 2 or 3 Zeo Gold Communicators, because I'm a fanboy.

So, is this a hint that the Legacy line isn't dead? It's been a while since anything's been announced for the role play/Megazords.

I hope the Gold Ranger Communicator comes to Toy's r Us.

Really want that movie Megazord. The Legacy rangers were a huge dud for me so this works out brilliantly if I can get my hands on it.

Zeo Gold is one of my favorite Rangers, so I would LOVE that Communicator!

Wait....There's series other than MMPR? Hallelujah!

Those are laughably bad. I can't see anyone rushing to get those.

I'm pleased, I prefer exclusive to be stuff like this.

Gold Zeo Communicator - WANT!

The question is, will Bandai fix the Communicator problem, where Alpha gets cut off to soon.

Is that a problem? Because sometimes that is what I do. I respond to the first post as some topics I just don't have an interest in the other posts. It's no different than what I do on Facebook.

I just don't see what makes these so special. The incorrect color for a terrible Megazord, another overpriced communicator that everyone that was going to buy one already got it, and a wrong colored SD Megazord.

Kain, as a toy collector, I thought you'd be well-versed in the idea of variants.

Wouldn't mind that Movie Megazord...but it'll probably cost as much as the 12" non-transforming one in stores right now...

According to the announcement it's $40, just like last year's Red Ranger and the PMC black and gold Megazord

:lol Variants that make sense though. Meaning variants that are the way they were shown on the show/movie/in the comics/video games.

But toy focused shows love recolouring the shit, not to mention there's bound to be a palette swap from some fighting game now that you've said it.

So Jason Bischoff of Saban Brands posted a video demonstration of the sounds included in the Gold Ranger communicator.

- The classic "beep beep boop beep beep boop"
- The classic "malfunction" effect
- Zordon saying "Jason, the other Rangers are having problems with the Mydas Hound"
- Zordon saying "Immediately"
- Alpha 5 going "Ai yi yi yi yi"

Really disappointed the legacy movie Megazord isn't the combiner, I'd have jumped on that. Not really interested in a Megazord that doesn't combine, like at all.

Overall pretty let down with the exclusives here. Hasbro's aren't much better (the skateboard Prime is kinda cool, but I'd never open it, and I love that the other one comes with a piece of Prime's tire).

Honestly may just pick up one of the exclusive Gundam kits or something, maybe see what the MtG exclusive is, there were a couple others I was at least somewhat interested in, but I may just end up getting like..leader TLK Megs or something while I'm there and some third party stuff. So basically what I can go do at Franks lol.

Obviously I want to get the Gold Communicator and the Goku figure. Aside from that, I really have no interest in the other items that I've seen so far.

Wait... Does this mean they're skipping the Shogun Zords?
