WAIT?? Sledge is he the bad guy for super ninja steel or is it the gold rangers i saw the black eyes? hmmmmm? And wait Sledge was killed. right?

SLEDGE IS BACK?!?! There's a surprise I wasn't ready for!

This was honestly a welcome surprise... until I realized it made no sense lol. Though it is nice that they're attempting to bring together a grander story.

"And a twist you won't believe"... immediately revealed what it is.

But seriously, how is he back? I know the Neo Saban timeline is broken beyond repair but how? Did Time Force Rangers fix it offscreen?

Hopefully this brings back the team-ups because they are really lacking unless you count Super Megaforce a team-up.

I've been trying to figure out who the monster in the back of that scene with Sledge is for the past two hours and its driving me crazy. I feel like I should know it.

Also the Jiraiya episode is being adapted what???

IIRC Sledge got pulled into a black hole. Then sixty million years earlier he got blown up by a bomb. Because Keeper doesn't give a %@*& about causality and keeping the space time continium intact.

I’m guessing the black hole Sledge got sucked into the Ninja Steel universe (because that’s just one of the things fiction has decided black holes do), and that he’ll either be the big bad of Season 2 or of the anniversary special.

Its not Wrench. Wrench is there, but you can also see Ariake no Kata, a Shadow Liner Robo, and one more monster that's hard to get any details from, but has a pretty distinct silhouette.

So they’re taking more stuff from Tokkyuger? Neat.

A Shadow Liner robo and Sledge, I couldn't care if it doesn't make sense of the continuity, Sledge was a good villian and The Toqger villian designs are some of my favorites

I was able to figure out/Thanks to Xenotome from RangerBoard for the credit on this one, that the 4th monster in Sledge's crew this time is Buru-Buru from the Ninninger VS Drive team-up.

Alongside Sledge coming back along with using a Kuliner-Robo, I did NOT see that coming.

So your saying that they might use Jiraiya, Drive and Toqger?

Honestly? I don't think so, but it would be neat if we did get them.

I thought it was Buruburu too, but it doesn't QUITE look right.

He's a bit broader, and has a thing jutting up next to his head. I could just be seeing things and it could be Buruburu. That would be hype.

Also of note, its hard to tell whether or not the Shadow Liner Robo is a normal one, or if it could be Wanyudou from the crossover movie. Might be a bit weird to have him, since Zyuohger isn't being adapted.

I think the ShadowLiner robo is a normal one. If it was Wanyudou, the giant face would be more noticeable. As for Buruburu, you have a point. It's just Buruburu is the most likely candidate for now until someone else works their magic & finds out who that is.

We will find out thanks to the toy line.

Ironically or not, Time Force Red and Sledge are evidently getting a Good vs. Evil Two-pack! What this means is up to interpretation, as it could be just getting more money for old figures randomly, or a subtle hint of things to come!

ToQger is written トッキュウジャー in Japanese, which literally says "tokkyuujaa" ジャー "jaa" is how they write the "ger" in ranger, so it says tokkyuger. It's just another way to write it.

Actually if Dino (Super) Charge is in an alternate timeline, than the only actual problem the Neo-Saban era has continuity wise is Robo Kinght returning if that even counts. And a plot line relating to inter-dimensional travel is extremely possible. What if Sledge's ship getting sucked into a black hole (before history was altered) sent it to the "Prime" dimension?

Yeah, but so was Captain America, Batman, and Superman, Jason Todd, and Hal Jordan at one point.
