Ryuga now suspects SENTO of committing the murder that led to his imprisonment. And since Sento's memories have not returned, he has no way to defend himself.

How can Build find out what TRULY happened???

The Devil's Scientist is who organized Faust and made the Smash, and the Devil Steam that Blood Stalk can use is Nebula Gas, which can turn people into Smash too. And Hokuto's dirt poor. Good episode, helped for the world building. Gotta say though, Rogue's identity finally being revealed was done with little to no fanfare I feel. His fight scenes were kick ass though

Stark will be the real wtf reveal i think. Night Rouge's reveal was just to showcase the toy's transform function in show.

So far I love Night Rogue. I really want to know about Night Rogue.

I really curious, what if Nebula Gas from Steam Blade used for Night Rogue and Blood Stalk? Maybe they can power up their armor.

After Night Rigue shot by Blood Stalk's rocket, I has feeling Night Rogue will be betrayed by Blood Stalk.

Build RocketPanda Form is awesome too. So far RocketPanda's flying claw attack is best Build's finisher.

Love the NightRogue and BloodStark relationship.

Funny how the episode show you how "stalk" has to be pronounced in japanese to be considered "stalk" (stolk) and bloodstalk is called "stArk" every 2min. Lol japan.

So Katsuragi's mother is still cooking her son's favorite dish even if he is dead ? Yeah right.
I swear if Sento eats that next week and have some kind of "nostalgia" feeling, I'll consider my theory true xD

Ice smash is going to produce Fire fullbottle ? hum... ok ? xD

NightRogue henshin sequence is cool (but more in the "how to henshin 2 Faustube" video though) standby sound is great.

The monster was alright, at least we got to see what it did.

Stalk was pretty great too, and Night Rogue actually doing anything was cool.

So like Mashin Chaser and Genm, Night Rogue's real identity is no real surprise, but I don't think that was the point. Bloodstalk is gonna be the real WTF reveal, because it makes too much sense that he'd be the cafe owner.

Now we know that Night Rogue's plan is to create a military force of Kamen Riders through human experimentation, and Bloodstalk is working with him. We also know that it was the cafe owner that urged Sento to become Kamen Rider Build. Now I'm sensing some double-crossing shenanigans between Stalk and Rogue in the future which may be how Sento managed to escape from Faust, or at the very least why he wasn't brought back to them. And we also know that Sento and Ryuga are the only specimens that didn't turn into SMASH, which likely explains why Sento is able to become Build and why Ryuga will be able to become Cross (because it's obvious that it's him).

And the cherry on top? Bloodstalk KNEW where Sento and Ryuga were headed. Okay, granted, "stalk" is literally in his name, so maybe he was able to track them down or something, but there's also the possibility that he was able to directly listen in on their plans, and it'd be pretty easy to do that if you were in the cafe with them.

I may be missing crucial details, but this is all adding up to me.

I wonder when Gentoku will reveal himself as Night Rogue to Sento. I wanna see them duke it out!

Sooooo good! This show is just nailing it for me, continuing with all its strengths from before, and continuing to add all kinds of intriguing new aspects and character growth. We now know who Night Rogue is, to nobody's surprise. I'm not going to lie, the MIST MATCH pun is incredible, I really have no idea how a company with such a tentative grasp on English can make puns on this level. We've also now seen a bit of every region, and it looks extremely intriguing. As always, I'll be eagerly awaiting the next episode!

Another reliably solid episode from Build:

- I still find it extremely odd how they handled Night Rogue's "secret identity". People keep comparing it to Genm but that was actually MEANT to be secret. They didn't even say his Rider name in the actual show until it was revealed specifically because that makes it obvious. Here they showed us the already pretty shady government man fondling the Rocket Bottle at the end of one episode and then in the next Night Rogue slots it into that panel from Pandora's Box. That isn't just a "hint", you know? And then the last couple weeks made Gentoku's connection to Faust extremely clear just in case you still didn't get it. I don't think you can call the "reveal" here downplayed when it isn't even a reveal. I probably would've just saved the audience the confusion and had him untransforming be the big cliffhanger of episode 1 or something to make it clear it's the protagonists who aren't supposed to know.

- Still, Night Rogue has been a super awesome, intimidating villain who's been very active without just fighting Sento every episode. Instead they let Blood Stalk do that, and he's been great too.

- Hey look, Ryuuga shows a ton of concern for a child without even having to think about it. It's almost like he has a heart of gold under that surly attitude. See, this is what I mean about this show *ahem* building up its characters well.

- Also I find it hilarious that he once again found a Best Match for Sento. Besides, the world's stupidest genius needs the help. Seriously though, that anagram thing was a bit of a stretch. There's zero guarantee that sentence he got was the right one, and that's even assuming that message was meant to be an anagram at all.

You know part of me is starting to wonder if the experiment somehow unknowingly gave Ryuuga the ability to just know the best matches for the bottles. Lol

I wonder if the mid-season escalation is that the rider tech leaks and we have a three-sided war with Kamen riders.

This show is really good so far. I'm loving the story with human experimentation, science, extraterrestrial tech, etc. I'm dying to know who Stalk will be. The Sento and Ryuga dynamic is amazing. I can't wait to see them both as riders.

I read a theory about why Sento's so stupid about the bottles. He's trying to think about WHY things are a best match and goes "Nah that's so simple, it's not that"

-That does sound very plausible because I've heard people with high IQ tend to persistently overthink things when the answer is incredibly simple.

-Anyways, This episode was really good about making the Katsugri mystery even more interesting by bringing up the possibility that he created Faust, and I say possibility because I'm not sure how much truth there is to what Stalk said since he could be telling a half-truths for all we know.

-I will say I've really been liking the abundance of form changes this season(or series?), because it really works well with the whole experimentation thing that comes with science stuff though I do wish we could get an explanation of what makes a Best Match vs Trial Form. I don't really care if a Best Match weaker than a Trial Form I'm just curious about the criteria makes something a Best Match. Honestly Sento could just say a throwaway line about how he theorizes that "the agility of Rabbit Fullbottle balances out the heavy nature of Tank Fullbottle while Tank provides more power to compensate for Rabbit's lack thereof". Just something Toei that's all I ask.

Build has done a very good job not dropping the ball on the setting thus far, which is great, given how interesting the concept is.

Sento and Banjou continue to have a very, um, dynamic relationship. That's been a big source of amusement.

I think the fight with Blood Stalk is one of my favourites the series has offered so far. Even if the monster fights continue to be underwhelming, so long as the Faust fights are this cool, I'd be cool with it

Well this was a nice episode. A lot to unpack. Let's start with the comedy, shall we?

- Isurugi Soichi flinching when he tries to serve Banjou and Kiryuu coffee and instead, they pull out coffee cans.

- BloodStark's absolutely lackadaisical way of doing things like sliding down the stairway railing or grumpily acquiescing to NightRogue's commands.

- BloodStark being petty by firing a guided missile at Kiryuu only for it to change course and hit NightRogue.

- Banjou flinching at the FullBottle Machine's sound.

- Banjou being a clown. It's not very funny but somehow, I found him wandering around Hokuto in a clown suit very funny.

Things I liked a lot this episode.

- The evil plan makes sense! I mean, I was expecting the reason BloodStark kept letting Build go was because of generic evil stupidity but no, it is actually part of the plan. Not bad, I guess.

- The SkyWall has SkyRoads. And those SkyRoads have human traffickers. NightRogue and BloodStark managed to find Build's location easily so I guess that means they can find other ones too. Although the reporter did say that not all of them are known to the government. And they do show the SkyRoad being a hard to find hole, not a blatantly open break in the wall.

- Hokuto looks miserable. Enough said.

Miscellaneous thoughts.

- NightRogue's transformation is so awesome! Even the music that accompanies it is ominous almost as much as Dangerous Zombie.

- Somehow, NightRogue and BloodStark's design looks a lot more economical and utilitarian compared to Build. Which is impressive for two reasons, first because Build is the most economical looking Rider since Gaim and second because both NightRogue and BloodStark have a lot more doodads and bells and whistles attached to their costume than Build has. This is obvious compared to Build's and there weapons. NightRogue fights using a combat knife and a pistol, BloodStark uses a rifle that can function as a rocket launcher. Build, however, uses a sword which is a drill, a sword made of comic panels which is a flamethrower and wind-cannon combined and a pistol which is functions as a Gatling Gun which needs to be spun ten times to perform a final attack.

- Also, NightRogue's fighting style is so much more acrobatic. He is all over the place while Build can't even handle him. Compared to him, BloodStark favors a defensive approach, constantly blocking and catching Build's attacks. It's saying something that Build has an easier time fighting BloodStark compared to NightRogue even though BloodStark has shrugged off every Voltech Finish Build has thrown at him.

Because of Night Rogues transformation I realized what every transformation needed. Fucking Fireworks!

Nitrogue's reveal kinda rob the enjoyment of viewers finding out together with the characters. It's simply an added value of journeying together with them.

And am I the only one thinking that BloodStark is Miitan?

I wonder when Gentoku will reveal himself as Night Rogue to Sento & the others?
