Atop the 4th Wall Analyzes Kamen Rider Fourze
The mind behind "History Of Power Rangers" takes a look at things on the other side of the pond.

He made 2 goofs, calling the Powerdizee the Powderizer and saying Tomoko was an otaku when she was classified as goth. Glad he enjoyed it as Miu and Shun have great character development after their jerkassery and Shun didn't get his time. Kinda tempted to try and get him to watch Build's first episodes

Why he did Fourze and not something like Kuuga, W or even Ryuki? Heck even Black would work for him.

That’s usually how that works. Lewis reviews whatever you tell him to if he’s paid. |

Was really happy when I saw this pop up when I was browsing on Channel Awesome. Been wanting to see Linkara finally take a crack at Kamen Rider for years now and I think that Fourze is a perfectly fine season to do so with. While Wizard was technically my introduction to the franchise, Fourze was the first season I watched start to finish and it holds a special place in my heart because of that. He gave a very fair analysis, minus a couple minor errors (namely with pronunciation related things), and for the most part I agreed with him. It's a shame it was only the first four episodes (so..basically only two storylines) since it leaves out so much (some of the better characterization, fights, drama stuff). Especially since it doesn't get into the drama the series can have as I feel that is a big part of what makes Kamen Rider better than Sentai and Power Rangers is how well it handles drama.

Oooh, glad to see he liked my favorite Kamen Rider! though I do agree it's a shame he only tackled the first four episodes, since a lot of the better stuff (Particularly Cancer, AKA Best Villain the show had) comes later.
