I’m so unbelievably happy about this. I don’t think I’ve been this excited about something Power Rangers in years.

"Set in the future, a secret agency combines a newly discovered substance called Morph-X with animal DNA to create the Beast Rangers team. Rangers must fight off an evil sentient virus bent on taking over the source of all Ranger power, the Morphin Grid itself"

This has gotten me torn. On one hand, this is awesome. On the other hand, what what what what what what what what what what WHAT!!!!?!!?!!?!!!!

Okay, I'm gonna break my "I don't care about Power Rangers" rule for half a second because... that's actually *really* cool. The choice to skip Go-Busters - of all things! - always struck me as bizarre. The individual Go-Busters mecha are terrific even if their combined forms are a little lackluster, and the show's gimmick leans closer to "cool" than "appeals to kids." Very, very interesting.

Also, I have to wonder whether that adaptation choice is part of why Bandai of America no longer has the toy license. Did they throw up their hands?

I mean I don't follow PR but I'm sure as hell glad fans get to experience the Go-Busters in some form. And the idea behind it fits the original's theme fairly well to boot.

Saban wasn't going to do Go-Busters because Bandai wasn't confident in the sales from Japan. But Hasbro has the confidence, so here we go.

Not this specific season, but it has been suggested Bandai/Toei are no longer in business with Saban Brands, so Saban Brands would have to adapt a Super Sentai they already own the rights to.

I personally speculate Bandai will adapt future Super Sentai series themselves.

So Go Busters. ok... Given the look of Go Buster it wood have to be a part of RPM or SPD.
If it's part of RPM they can be a new thing of RPM Rangers with a new name.
If SPD Then a new thing of SPD Rangers a C Squad.
The look of the show make me think in the Future or not are earth.

This actually gives me hope for a ToQGer adaptation as well!

Well, I own all the GoBusters S.H. Figuarts that were released for this series, so it's cool to know they'll be Power Rangers now as well as Super Sentai figures.

Hopefully this also means the two year plan for a single Sentai adaptation is out or we are going to be too behind the Sentai run.

OR

Go-Busters is still going for 20 something episode and the second part will be the Zyuohger adaptation to keep the beast motif.

So in a span of a week we've got

• a new logo

• hasbro being the new power ranger toy makers

• an adaptation of Go-Busters in 2019, more than 5 years after it aired

I don't think anyone could've seen any of this happening.

This is truly startling news, but I welcome it so much. If it means more chances for good Go-Busters merchandise, I'm all for it. SH Figuarts never got to all the characters, and the ones they did are kinda crappy. Even if not Figuarts quality, good 6 inch figures of the team would be a dream come true.

I wonder if we are still doing the split season tho. Straight up did not expect this

It's cool that they're doing Go-Busters, but does it really have enough of an animal theme for "Beast Morphers" to make sense? Maybe it'll lead into a Zyuohger adaptation or something

The two years thing is a Nickelodeon thing. And I doubt they'll change suits mid-season lime Megaforce did again. So we're getting Go-Busters. Minecraft Furriger isn't happening this time.

When I heard Beat Morpher I thought it was going to be Zyuogers! I guess this gives a little hope for fan of Toqgers fans :lol

I'm...wow. I never thought this would happen. I had honestly thought they'd adapt Kyuranger next. My question to ask is why did it take Saban so long to adapt Go-Busters then?
