A new Kamen Rider has appeared, and he is out for revenge. Can Sento defeat this new opponent or will he need some help?

Hearing that something happens to Misora in this episode, wonder what it could be...

I'm gonna nitpick for a bit, but is it too much to ask for a for a trope break? Every new rider that has to appear is always a cocky asshole. I admit I watched the ep raw but still, every new guy always has to have that "I'm a dick cause I'm a new rider" mentality. I don't think I've seen a villain thats been "I'm a rider now but I'm gonna keep working as hard as before".

I have to agree first it was grease now it rouge. After a few ep they get soft and weak really weird with some rider shows. The last time we had a villain that was not a dick and was a new rider was one of the Gaim energy riders I think it was peach forgot her name.

I could maybe understand your point if this was a new character. I have no idea what you mean given that this is Gentoku, though. He's not a "new guy" by any measure. He has the personality he has because that's the personality that has been established for the past 24 episodes.

I was hoping for a henshin pose from Rogue.

True Gentoku has always been a douche but, this is basically a reintroduction to the character. Almost like "Shin Gentoku", new clothes, new side and new gear. But he acts like Sento and Ryuga have never been able to ascend before, showing no signs of caution or respect at all, like he never got his ass beat. Then again I will watch it subbed when it comes out but this attitude for anyone new then fading as soon as the next villain appears is really getting old.

I don't dislike Gentoku though, I still find his facial expressions hilarious af.

Sidenote, I see Seito is a team Baron fan.

EDIT: One well done 'asshole' rider that I really liked was Baron. I never once felt that his power got ahead of his character, maybe in the final episodes of Gaim when he got his endgame form but that's fine given that he was the endgame.

Well, we will have a special episode about Rouge Gentoku so just wait and see how he became like this now

Was Sento's "Love & Peace" quote a reference to Black?

Given the claws on Rogue's hand and feet and the scaly back, the suit might have been better if it were more "fleshy" like Gills or the Amazons instead of "smooth". As it is though, it's at least better than the too "clean" OOOs suits. Or even Chalice from Blade. (Chalice would've been fine were it not for Hajime's identity.)

Rogue wont be so strong once RabbitRabbit and TankTank debut.

Grease already seemed useless now...cant even go up against the Gear bros. At least Cross-Z is getting an upgrade...but ol robot? nope but i wouldn't put it past Toei to give Grease a last minute power-up unless ofc he dies.

If Grease dies, would be nice if there is reference his own scene in Kiva. xD

Seeing the preview for next episode, I’ve got a bad feeling Sento and Misora might end up cutting ties in fear.

I wondered why I kept thinking of his form as, "Black Hazard" even though people here told me it's just called, "Hazard."

Today I noticed in the subs, it's what the belt calls it, "Black Hazard."

Anyway, good episode. I really don't understand how this show is so consistently good week after week. Sure some episodes are better than others but no episode has been bad or seemed boring or 'filler material' yet. Every episode advances the story.

That's one thing I really like a lot about the Heisei and Neo-Heisei shows, no filler. It's all part of the larger story.

Gentoku's backstory about how he became Kamen Rider Rogue is so damn badass....just desperate for power, then was made prisoner, then Stalk got a bunch of people to beat the shit out of him until he literally willed himself into becoming a Rider. What a baller.


Also, Kazumi is officially part of Team Build now! I wouldn't worry too much about death flags for him just yet. I mean, if you don't include Taiga briefly becoming Chronos for 5 seconds, he capped off at Lvl 50 while literally every other Rider on the roster surpassed him in power. And of course there's Necrom as well.

What's gonna happen to Misora now?

I'm really starting to think that Stalk was lying about the whole "raising your hazard level will allow you to control the Hazard Trigger" thing, because it seems like Sento's level of control over the thing is the same or in some cases worse than what was before his training.

Sad. I was hoping Gentoku would have a henshin pose when becoming Rogue. I am SO confused about the henshin process.

In fairness, as Night Rogue he did the bare minimum he needed to do in order to transform... so at least it goes in line with the character that he doesn't have a pose when transforming.

And the official site and all the scans say 'RabbitTank Hazard', 'HawkGatling Hazard', 'KaizokuRessha Hazard', 'SmaphoWolf Hazard' etc...
Because those are the forms' names.

'Black Hazard' is just what the Hazard Trigger says to have a single, snappy jingle rather than having to have 32 for each Best Match.

I poke fun at Gentoku for going all Kickhopper on us and then they immediately justify the change in personality. I worry the Hazard Trigger isn't carrying the same weight it used to and the preview for the next episode assures me it isn't the case. Way back when the show started I thought Misora was kinda lame, and now I'm super invested in what's going on with her. This show genuinely doesn't know how to mess up, does it?

It's also something the fans can say to have a single, snappy name to refer to several narratively homogeneous forms rather than using 32 different ones. Or at least that's how I see it. Maybe we can worry about this after people start spelling Rogue's name right? :p

I don't know what it is but I love Rogue's henshin sequence so much. Also I find it weird that no one was questioning anything about the crack full bottle. You'd think that would be something that would at least spark Sento's interest a bit.

Now that I have seen the episode subbed, Gentoku's personality shift does seem to make more sense. I'm still meh on the "reassholifying" rogue but it could be worse.

I wish they'll explain how the Crack FullBottle is made. And if it has a side effect for anyone who tries it. Like how Dangerous Zombie affected Lazer when Genm tricked him, causing his life gauge to be reduced low.

Well, there goes my theory that ONE of the Hokuto trio would survive. I swear, I always want to theorize about the next episode preview more than I want to talk about the actual episode.

I'm not going to lie, I was actually shocked they explained what happened to Gentoku, I was expecting them to go full Kick Hopper and never explain anything. I'm really curious to see where they are going with Misora. During the scene where she showed up, I legitimately thought she was going to whip out a Sclash Driver and transform or something because of the dramatic way she arrived. Not too many comments, but the show is going strong as always!

Gentoku was crazy before but he is absolutely nuts now.

I actually like that Gentoku doesn't have a henshin pose. It was never really Gentoku's style to do things in, well, style. He just gets straight to the point. No theatrics like BloodStalk. Right down to business.

I mean, Ouja was pure evil, but the dude was still clearly a person. He had strong emotional outbursts all the time, and clearly got off by fighting people.


But it's like Rogue is a literal killing machine. There's barely a person in there anymore. Just an empty shell.

Rogue's henshin sequence ends with female voices screaming. His rider kick is multiple crunching movements, and he has no goals but to conquer. He is horror personified and I think the first rider character to be killed in five episodes.

One note: He doesn't want to fight Build inside his father's office. Some emotion left inside him?

How do you know he's going to die in five episodes?

Even if he does, it wouldn't be a record. Scissors from Ryuki only lasted two episodes.

I thought that was pretty cool.

I don't know how to tell you this but those three where dead the min. they where introduced-its just a question of when. first their monsters and second they have very little personality except how it relates to grease.

Also this confirms what i have been thinking stark needs someone with a much higher hazard level meaning its about growing someone to that point and i think i have a bad feeling that we are dealing with a body hijacker or the hazard trigger is designed to destroy his mind and turn him into a fighting machine either way i have a feeling that the rabbit rabbit tank tank are the next power just to beat or even out with rouge. but then stark is going to unleash his real form with that evol trigger and his own belt

So yeah.....I think Rogue is probably one of my favorite Riders ever. I mean EVER.



The suit is freakin' fantastic and love the character behind the suit. And he has one of THE coolest henshins ever. I mean, the girl screaming at the end? Who at Toei thinks up this shit and when are they gonna get a raise?

that part is a great little 'horror' touch.
