I believe its for Rogue, not mad rogue

O-T translated it as having "Blizzard" powers when Sento initially described it, and it's more of a counterpoint to magma with the temperature thing. Was it described as a Lightning Knuckle elsewhere? (EDIT: Wait! Lightning, electricity, robots - that works)

I'm glad Grease now has a Knuckle form to match his former Jelly counterpart.

I like it. I like the Gold a lot more, but I like it.

(I'm partial to Riders that are black/gold/silver, it seems like.)

Greased Lighting was a joke that wasn't going to happen. Blizzard on the other hand fits, because Grease is slippery and so is ice. Plus it makes for a nice balance to Magma Cross-Z(and is an easy variant).

It's a balancing thing that fits to how Cross-z is a dragon that burns like magma(passion), now Grease is a cold robot(unfeeling). Very smart choice.

Slightly calms my fears of him dying next episode. Would seem silly to give him a new form and kill him in the same episode.

Looks way better than I thought it would. I was worried it would just be the regular Grease suit with a cgi blue/white aura.

His heart became cold as ice when Misora kept rejecting his love. That is how he was able to activate Grease Blizzard.

Because I never really cared before.

The Blizzard Knuckle came out of nowhere, and the form itself wasn't shown in the preview, I thought that was nice and wanted to see the form in the show first.

But some dumb magazine had to have pics of it - I'm not mad about this site sharing it, it's what they do, but I learned my lesson. Staying clear of the rumour and dedicated Build episode topics isn't enough.

"Grease Blizzard" strikes me as funny for some reason.

I really want "fan the flame so hard it goes out" to be a thing. Also, I'm not used to tertiary Riders getting upgrades, so this is a pleasant surprise. Although it's just made out of pieces of previous suits... well, that's pretty much par for the course for the most recent Rider series.

Yeah, it's been a slight new rule of thumb since Kiva. Though not always used. Blade and Ryuuki were the only other series to really do that before Kiva, which is what got the idea started, but as of Kiva was when it was pushed more and became a more constant. Some minor exclusions and exceptions apply. It's a floating rule that changes based on the story in question and dynamics of the show. But it's something that's going to definitely become more common since Kiva and will likely continue happening. Ryuuki teased it with only two survive forms. Then Blade caused a reaction of people wanting to see the forms that weren't revealed, which is lost revenues on sales they don't want to miss out on again. Kabuto poked fun at it with a hyper battle video for Gattack. But then Kiva was the start of "well, they're right, we should do more side rider forms too." So it's something that's going to become more common going forward when it can happen.

Also should mention this:
Greased Lightning didn't happen because lightning is essentially concentrated condensed fire(how rapid the atoms move). And magma already was that, so the polar opposite was chosen, with emphasis on the 'polar'.

But it's still a passion so strong it burns like dry ice. Or as others put it:
"Fanning the flame so hard it goes out." Or more accurately, fanning the flame so hard it becomes freezer burn.

I gotta say, I really feel for Kiwami here. After the slapdash twin Twin Breaker thing I was so certain the Blizzard Knuckle was just going to be something equally underwhelming I'm kind of sad the show's now been robbed of the chance to surprise me like this.

That being said, Kazumin is lookin' good.

And I do feel for the the people spoiled - I've managed to avoid looking at the image by virtue of a godawful slow laptop meaning I could scroll faster than it loaded, but others might not be able to.

God I love when kamen rider adds last minute forms to the series. Its always a nice surprise as we usually get all of them spoiled by the toy catalogs.

Oh, the suit? Eh it's alright I guess. Has more effort put into it than the last few late game costume kitbashes and thus returns to the legacy of the Hell Grape, but for some reason it feels like a V-Cinema thing. Not in a bad way but still.

I much prefer the standard suit, and I applauded Kamen Rider Build in the past for having Grease evolve and stay relevant in battle without suit changes, so this kinda ruins that. But I'm still looking forward to seeing "Grease on Ice" in action.
