Baron Fang, Apollo Geist, the 10-Headed Demon, Shadow Moon, Shiro Kanzaki (I love the insane logic he uses), Dans Masamune and Kuroto, Blood Stalk.

General Shadow and Blood Stalk are the best and most entertaining to me.

Parad's time as a villain might have been my favourite antagonist in Ex-Aid, though the two Dans definitely have a 'presence' on screen that's hard to beat.

Heart, along with the rest of the important Roidmudes, are up there but I think I ended up liking Gold Drive better with how he consistently one-upped himself in being an evil maniac.

And I'm just gonna echo that the evil cobra from Build is really good too. I think I liked him better near the start where he was a mysterious yet, jovial backstabber. But his role as an all-powerful destroyer of planets was also really good, like my favourite Dragonball villains.

Porcupine Grongi (Go-Jaraji-Da) and Go-Gadoru-Ba from Kuuga (The only times Kuuga got interesting was when they were involved)
Asakura/KR Ohja from Ryuki
Peacock Undead, Giraffa Undead, and the Spider Undead from Blade
Weather and the whole Sonozaki family from Double
All the Greeed and Dr. Maki in OOO
Cancer in Fourze (I'm sure there are more, but I'm blanking)

I'm sure there are others, but these are the ones that I can remember off the top of my head.

Man I loved Parade as a villain, I forgot to put him on here. Just his playful nature while casually beating the crap out of people was so awesome.

Also want to add Kusaka to the list because no matter what anybody says, he's definitely a villain lol

I really liked Taboo Dopant from Kamen Rider W a lot as well. She was actually my favorite villain for quite a while.

I still think her Dopant look is one of the most amazing (and strangely beautiful) Monster costumes I've ever seen on a Kamen Rider series. The design is really, really neat.

I like Kusaka but I have to agree. He tried to kill Takumi multiple times, even as a ghost in Showa vs Heisei lol

I'd like to add Sengoku Ryoma and Micchy when he was a psychopath. I think there was a time when Micchy was even more hated than Kusaka, and that says a lot lol

So I don't repeat what others have said I enjoyed Sora/Gremlin from Wizard. I just found him enjoyable though his end goal will forever be confusing and most likely stupid to me. WHAT DID HE MEAN BY WANTING TO BE HUMAN?!?!?!

Why her? Just curious because the only thing I remember of her was that her tits were shown.

All he needed was a few puppies to kick.

Chainsaw-Lizard had a chainsaw for an arm and did karate, it was pretty cool. And she kicked the Riders (v1) ass and he had to run away. They only beat her when it was basically 3 against 1. She was a badass. Much cooler than Jaguar-Scissors or whatever the other badguys name was in that movie.


yeah Taboo Dopant is pretty cool. Her hair is awesome. hahaha. And the blond, red, purple,...flying around with no legs,...just such a crazy costume.

'W' was the first Kamen Rider show that really hooked me, to the point I finished the series in just a few days. I'd seen movies and about 25 episodes of the original 1971 Rider, but 'W' for whatever reason I just LOVED!

I'm finishing up Den-O now. Still have to watch Kiva and Decade and then I've seen all the Heisei Rider series. Then I have to go back and finish Showa.

So much cool stuff, so little time.
