Fourze form is interesting in how it changes the shoulder approach to be shuttle halves that can close.

Wizard form looks nice.
Faiz form looks awesome but also silly with the cell phone shoulders. Interesting blend.

Interesting to see we'll revisit some Ex-Aid stuff.
OOO's form looks fun.

And looks like we'll get Shin, Zo and J in the movie. Kind of curious what the Shin form will look like. Seems to be very Mantis flavored if the silhouette is a clue. Seems a little Zi-O Terra Formers really. Which the mantis in that was straight up cool.

Looks like they'll be formally declaring them as Heisei now to fix the timeline.

All the new forms are cool and all, but bringing back Mr Mayonnaise? This show can do what it likes, I'm happy now.

Is Kiriya also coming back? Or is his picture just to promote the Lazer watch?

Probably just to promote the thing, but you never know about the movie.

Anyone notice OOO Armor has TAKA TORA BATTA written in katakana where the animal graphic should be on the chest? I think this is neat.

Probably the new Zi-O toy catalogue will be revealed in October and maybe with new LuPat toys too (probably for remaining unrevealed mecha in VS Changer)

I'm thinking we'll only get 3 riders (probably 4 including Oma Zi-O since I don't think he's Sougo) since we have so many forms which means they'll probably space the riders out more. We didn't get Chaser until halfway through Drive after all.

Ok, so armors look fine except Fourze...too bulky, why are his shoulders like that? Why not based on collectibles? Where does design come from?

Also, kinda lame that ohsugi comes back instead of anyone else. Isn't it a downgrade/odd to have some main legend riders but just supporting cast in others?

They seem to have done that more with each form in other ways too. Like with Ex-aid form it seemed like the video game displays were changed.

Still too early for that. Though we might get some foreshadowing coming up in October. But the direct premiere won't happen until likely next year. Maybe towards November/December for a sales surge near the holidays if they go earlier. They still gotta fully establish the current dynamic before the shake up for that though.

I mean, they can't bring Sota Fukushi back since he's busy, so they had other characters related to Fouze come back instead. At least for now

The Third Rider probably will show up in January Episodes and maybe he also will be appeared in Heisei Generation Forever.....

She. And we're really only waiting on the suit itself to appear. The character already has.

Probably won't be in the first movie though, or they'd be hinting at that soon or already. February is possible though. We should be getting our first foreshadowing of it in late October in the show. She's likely not until the 20s on episodes. Maybe episode 23(or 22). So maybe late December early January unless there's any skip weeks because of events or otherwise. Will likely get some kind of teaser with the Q2 toy scans for the build up. Possibly the Q3 ones. (We might get it in the movie, but it could go either way. Really depends on a lot of factors. But we would have heard more about that by now, or toy leaks, or anything if it were. Though they could go for a surprise, they've been getting better at only letting info out that they want out.)

To break up the monotony in the designs, and to also allow for a transforming shell into the shuttle. His collectible doesn't have as defined of a shape as the others, but his overall shuttle theme was more fun to integrate. Not all riders have a defined 'collectible' to draw off of. Really even Faiz leans more on the belt henshin device for the shoulders because he doesn't have an actual 'collectible'. Plus for Faiz it's an extra nod to another show as well as a nod to the over arcing theme of Cellphone culture that it presented in its story(like the cellphone girl friend swan, and other stuff). So Fourze opted to start off showing how some ride armors can have some wider design variety too.

Same with OOOs in how we see it change up the ride armor design some with using the cheetah shoulders. The OOO's ride armor favors using the full animal in the totem pole/stacked design like three animals standing on top of each other instead of having giant coin(The OOO's collectible) shoulders. So it focuses more on the theme of "animals" instead of the coin collecting theme. Like how Fourze focuses more the theme of Space Travel instead of the switches from the belt device and how his suit is a space shuttle.

The armors are designed a little more parody like to their respective shows. It's a way to allow for poking fun at them a little bit, but to also poke fun at Zi-O itself and Sougo's personality. The entire show is an excuse for Toei and its Rider creative crew to make fun of itself. Especially about the influences of 20 years of shows. This is also why Agito is a little more complicated than people realize and not because of the "Another Agito" which is really a hype distraction from the actual complicated bits. Agito's source material and influences is a little more rooted in complicated. Zi-O is fourth wall breaking, so it draws heavily off of behind the scenes stuff that's attached to each show. So in Agito's case, or "Another Agito" it might end up being a beatnik poet, or something on that order possibly mixed with Psychics/ESP. But who knows, that episode isn't until later. But the behind the scene aspect of Agito is tied to poetry, while the show itself is tied to other more pronounced aspects, and the implied amnesia bit is probably something they definitely want to highlight too for various reasons. Though "amnesia" or "forgetting" is a strong theme throughout the show in general for various reasons on the meta side.

Toei's design team never ceases to impress. They've got some amazing artists and design fabricators. And do gotta admit, their writers and directing crew are extremely skilled too.

I love the new armor coming next, I was worried that they may feel to same-ish but putting a big old tiger on OOO, Fourz being able to switch into a rocket and (our lord and savior) Genm popping up are all cool to see.

I also noticed on the page that had Shin, J, and ZO it seems there is a blacked out Gaim being teased which is looking to be a fun mess.

I can't wait to see how these armors will translate into toys, I got the RKF ZI-O and build armor and I am hooked on the line (even if it feels like a downgrade to previous years) and I do hope all past main riders get in

That silhouette seems to be for Gaim based on the helmet crest. Those "mantis like" shoulders seems to armor pieces similarly to how the orange would pop open to form chest armor.

The Shin, Zo and J seems to be separate

I don't think I'm gonna like the Gaim armor...

That's less likely to be Gaim Armor than it is to be Another Gaim. We've already seen an image of the Gaim Armor Time. It has lockseeds on the shoulders, and the orange slice from the visor is instead on the chest.

Apparently the lockseeds on the shoulders are connected to an orange device which extends up past Zi-O's head, meaning the Gaim Armor Time might've actually manage to incorporate both gimmicks in its design.

Ah, I'd forgotten that image. I was thinking of this one. I think in your image I can see the clasp of the lockseed.

I'm a little baffled by the dangling bits. They kind of look like the Daidaimaru. (I hope I'm remembering that name right.) The bit that joins them to the... whatever it is extending past the lockseed shoulders - looks like it could be a hinge. Best guess based on the images is that it's an unfolding-orange-slices visual thing. I'm guessing he grabs the swords with the handles hanging down when going into battle.

As a big ol' Shin fan, seeing that he and the other movie Riders are gonna be in Forever has me more than giddy.

So, the Fourze armor is just Hordak?

No, Hordak could literally turn into a rocket. Google "Hordak rocket" or watch the original She-Ra on Netflix. for some reason it's not a very well documented thing.

The OOOs armor.

Isn't it Ratoratah legs as arms, Gatakiribah arms as legs. and not sure on the head.

Seems intentionally mixed up too like, like how Sougo doesn't quite get things right in the details. So it's the right color order, but the legs, and arm medals are the legs and arms of their respective forms in the wrong place.

That's kind of character detail awesome when you think about how it's integrated into his personality and his outsider view of Kamen Rider in not getting aspects right. Like how he messed up Build's science stuff.

No I'm pretty sure the OOO Armor is using a Tiger for the arms and Grasshopper motifs for the legs.

I take that back, looks more like a Tiger for the arms, but still hard to tell if that's a mantis or a grasshopper for the legs. The silver piece on the thigh is what's throwing me off.

Scans confirmed the legs are that of a grasshopper's just like the real OOO's Tatoba combo. Plus the lower part of his chest says Batta=Grasshopper in katakana. I don't blame ya though, the leg parts are not super clear motif-wise and seem rather ambiguous at a quick first glance.
