It's like someone turned a pop quiz into a power concept suitable for a hero.

And what sort of arbitrary ability is that where you can force a question on someone?

Could just spam it with a stupid question like "do I have a piece of paper in my pocket? Yes or no?"

That's the right answer.

I always struggle a bit to say anything about the setup halves of two-parters like this, but I'm loving what I'm seeing so far. Obviously, when you have Hiromu's actor playing a character whose personality is basically Hiromu meets the Riddler, it's not hard to get me on board, but still. The twist of having the future Rider actually hanging out with Zi-O and Geiz is cool, too. Quiz gets to be an active part of the plot in a way only Decade has been so far. I'm not sure why exactly he gets that honor, but again, I ain't complaining.

Overall, though, this is definitely one where I'll have to wait to see the conclusion to say anything substantial about the story here. The action was solid though. I especially liked the way they shot Sougo and Geiz transforming at the start. The wristbands that always circle around Zi-O even completely cover the screen for a few frames to prevent you from noticing the two shots not matching up perfectly. Really slick stuff.

Man these future Riders are awesome, so wacky and creative. I love that they're all getting new CG and sounds, and the suits are very effective for simple kitbashes.

I definitely agree Quiz has the lame powers of a Sentai monster, but I think I actually like him more than Shinobi. Him and his suit are so stupid they loop back around into being cool for me.

Ha, that's why he was looking familiar. Will white Woz subdue his powers by transforming into Kamen Rider Chicken ?

With the name Geiz Revive it makes me think he will die first. Which if that is the case I get the feeling White Woz might try to kill Geiz.

Oh yeah before I forget, if the Time Jackers could stop time and direct the riders' attacks at each other then why the hell have they not been doing that before?

So far only the purple Time Jacker seems to have a point.

Well hopefully they will drop a reason for why the time jackers just do not abuse their time freeze in order to win.

But it is not exactly uncommon in toku shows for villain to do this so I am not expecting them to say anything either.

Overall the episode was fine, but I feel like judging both episodes as one instead of only the first half of the current story is better, dear lord I hope they only decided for the two episode plots for this season so they could plan better around actor time tables.

Quiz's powers are just so laughable. "I'm going to perform a Rider kick, will this hit? Yes or No?" Of course it's gonna be yes. It's not a great gimmick.

BUT Mondo was actually a good character, I liked the family drama and the action was stellar this episode.
