First Look at Individual Beast Morpher Zords and Playskool's Red Dragon Thunder Zord!
 

Thanks to an exclusive from Gizmodo, here's our first look at the individual bots that make up the Beast-X Megazord.

Also Playskool's Red Dragon Thunder Zord

Looks like they added some articulation to Ace which is nice but Gorilla looks a little off. Still looking forward to how they turn out though.

I wonder if this will be unique to this, or if people should expect to pay $100 for a Megazord from now on.

Prices are 25 for the gorilla and rabbit each while Ace is 30, so close enough

i think it might be missed transformed. it is hasbro there stock photography is pretty bad

And if they release older Megazords with 5 parts? Yeah that’s no good.

The playskool dragon is actually kind of cool. A bit different than expected, but I really dig the design changes.

Gorilla doesn't have much resemblance to the original toy.

but it DOES resemble the suit used in-show for this Zord.

Gorilla is just ugly.
Like, as a whole. Every design for it, Japan, US, show suit. Goddamn, that's a bad design.

Ace looks fine, though.
Though, the Gizmodo article calls the crane a mantis?

I do wonder if Gorilla'll be able to assume a knuckle-dragging pose.

They also showed off the Beast Jet Zord (Scarab) and the Beast Wrecker Zord (Mantis). Sadly no picture of the Mantis mode.

It's not Gizmodo call it a mantis it's most likely Hasbro.

I just looked that up too and I never realized that's how he looked in the show. Unless I just forgot. lol.

That would be cool to have different options/formations.

These don't look too bad but no robot mode so can't really tell yet.

I guess the mantis name, while inaccurate, is meant to help differentiate Beetle and Different Beetle

Gizmodo also can't differentiate between a car and a bike lol.

And apparently a the crane truck is a construction wrecker. lol.

The cockpit used by the Beast Jet zord, is just a Primes/Titans seeker nose cone

That may be the point! Can't focus on Bandai toy designs, so focus on in-show appearance!

I'm not thrilled with the price tag, nor with the supposed release date in the Fall!

The Playskool Red Dragon doesn't look accurate, but it is surprisingly pretty! Almost like Fire Heart from Mystic Force!

At least Ace's legs aren't so chunky from the BoJ version, so to me that's a plus.

Maybe they called it a bike because they seen the lion one that turns into a motorcycle for Ace. sorry I'm old and japanese name escapes me

I also really love to this Beast X Megazord in non-transformed version because the proportions looks better than DX Go-Buster Oh...

I hope we get 6in Megazord figures at some point. Fully articulated and spanning all series.

I Love the look of the zords. I want to buy them All Now. I wish they would just get on with airing the show & putting the toys out.

did i say it was bad? all i mentioned is that for something new Hasbro was using older molds from a different toyline. and i thought it was interesting.

In Go-Busters at least, he goes robot to bike to car to jaguar to bigger robo.
So it could be because of that.

It sucks, but smart that Hasbro is releasing these individually. This is where Bandai America messed up in the Ninja Steel line. They resold full Megazords when they could have/should have sold auxiliary Zords separately.

The Imaginex zords are surprisingly well made. I've got a few. The T-rex Zord is a really great piece.

Regarding the gorilla, It's very possible that the figure is mis-transformed, Hasbro has a bad habit of doing that.

Wonder if we're going to get the frog mecha

Other than that the legs do not seem posable making it feel like a wand with arms, subwoofers, and a gorilla head, GT-02 does feel more show-accurate in terms of proportions in its animal mode.

The head on the gorilla looks really bad

Looking closer at the designs it seems like the Blue zord was miss transformed, pretty common with a lot of hasbros stuff

It's not mistransformed, it looks like it should from the show.

I love them but I do not love that price tag. Oh well

The Beast Wrecker Zord has been confirmed as a Mantis by the Power Rangers Franchise Creative Director for Hasbro, Gizmodo did not make a mistake.

I hate that bugs are apparently interchangeable. A beetle is a mantis is a butterfly is a spider. Bugs are just bugs, right?
