Do we know yet if they’ve said anything about the Lightning Collection truly being a successor to the Legacy line by eventually giving us DX Megazords and replica props? Or is the Lightning Collection just going to be figures?

Still waiting another week for the Rangers from Hasbro Pulse, and another month after that for Lord Zedd from Game Stop. Unfortunately, he was sold out Pulse and Amazon by the time I decided to go all in on the line. I can't wait!

Cool, I've seen a couple of early reviews and they are looking great. Can wait to add them to my collection

Have you got a link? Everything about them looks amazing, so I wanna see that they live up to their promises before making myself look stupid by saying they are :p

Found them three days ago and again today and stopped both times by a register lock out.
If you find them make sure to look through for the best paint. The ones I have found have all been pretty bad and inconsistent with QC

I found these at my local Target this morning and yep, they wouldn't sell them to me. Already out of the pegs, with tags, but was told that they can not override the system, nor hold them for me.

I went as far as to contact desk services from their website and they basically put me on hold for much longer than necessary, really hope the messes up their SLA, and told me the same thing.

I understand street dates and whatnot, but if it's on pegs with proper price tags, then sell it or at least try to make it up in some way.

Anyway, figures look great, I was told I can come back Monday to purchase them.

I bought Lord Zedd at Wal-Mart yesterday and I got the White Ranger at Target today. Wal-Mart is off the street date but Target still has a 5/1/19 street date. I told them I got one at Wal-Mart yesterday so they overwrote the street date and sold it to me.

Are you serious, I called my Target today and they're still sticking with the street date, and they told me that it is impossible for them to override the system.

Well, at least I got a free $45 gift card from them. This was after dealing with associates in the store, on the phone, and their chat feature. Some telling me they can't sell them to me, some saying they can.

In any event, I got the 3 rangers at my local Walmart yesterday, so all I need is Zedd.

I may find him before they're May 1st release, so I'll use the card for something else, but after this, I am done with Target for good.

The gist that I'm gathering is that it all depends on what store you go to and how much hell they give you!

Some may not want to deal with Target because of their issues...but I fear that Target is going to be the main "brick-n-mortar" draw for ALL things P.R.! Mine is finally starting to show results ("results" meaning a decent amount of figures over role-play) with Beast Morphers some time after the official release date. I am having little-to-no luck with Walmart!

Same. My friend and I snagged a couple of the beginner figures of Beast Morphers when they were out for Easter. But after that....nothing.

Unbelievable, I literally went through hell with Target over these figures. After a while, it wasn't even about the figures anymore, it was the principle that the store screwed up, then I was lied to by online support, or store was lying, and no one did anything to rectify it until way after the fact. It's a very long story to tell, but the incompetence on all fronts is astounding.

Sure, they gave me a $45 gift card, but it's a moot point now, and I am no longer a fan of Target.

Well, there is Hasbro Pulse but so much for their "Get it before the stores do" slogan for joining their website. Zedd is sold out and I cancelled my pre-order for the other 3 since I got them at a store a day before they ship from the site. If they were shopping out today like they're supposed to.

Also,. I know of ppl who pre-ordered other items from their site and their items didn't ship until a week or so after the "guaranteed to ship" date. So I guess they'd be okay as a last resort if a pre-order item doesn't sell out, but aside from that there is no real incentive to shop from there. :/

On the topic at hand, I love what Hasbro did with figures. Sure, MMPR anything is a given but my personal favorite in the set is the SPD Shadow Ranger. The sculpt, proportions, and paint detail are all spot on. I noticed that they did not paint the sculpted badges on his shoulder, nor the little bits of armor on his fingers, but that is forgivable (Zedd's finger armor isn't painted either.

The detail on all of them is Amazing, and I can not wait to see what we get in later assortments. I'll buy them all.

My Lightning Collection pre-orders from Hasbro Pulse have shipped, and apparently in three separate shipments. Last time Hasbro Pulse did this part of the order arrived half a week after the first part. Hoping these three will all arrive together

Tracking number updated with an estimated delivery date. Apparently it's going to take 10 days. Not arriving till the second. Guess you get what you pay for with free shipping. Glad I at least got pulse premium for free

Have Zedd and Goldar pre-ordered at gamestop and just ordered a Shadow Ranger off someone selling on Ebay for less than from Hasbro Pulse's total with shipping. After seeing in-hand pics and comparisons, I'm very excited.

...and this is exactly why I cancelled my Pre-Order with Hasbro Pulse. One of their claims was "Get it before they hit shelves" and I got my figures on Easter at Walmart. My Target is still sticking to their guns on not selling until May 1st but that is still sooner than Pulse orders. Also, anything I'd really love to get sold out on Pulse before I could even get a chance to order. No notifications of new stuff or any special offers or deals.

Really not digging their site so far, and I probably lost my premium membership by cancelling the pre-order for the 3 rangers but what is the sense in having it if store are getting them first? That was my biggest incentive for joining. Next, no special offers so far, and they've been up for a few months now.

Worse comes to worse for Lord Zedd, I do have him pre-ordered on GameStop so it isn't like they're the only game in town that can offer their own products.

This little guy blew away my expectations. I can tell I'm going to be sinking a lot of money into this line.

I just bought Dino Charge Red today at Target. No issue with the purchase so it appears the street date has been lifted.

I just got my Shadow Ranger from Amazon today.


Is it just me or are the paint apps exceptionally terrible? Paint smearing, bleeding, missing in places. And then the shin guard looks like the paint is just caked on. The ear of the helmet is severely malformed/

All this is weird considering how Marvel Legends have been. I really want this line to be successful and SPD has some of my favorite suit designs, but I'd hate for this to be it.

Saw these at Wal-mart today. They're even nicer than the Sentai Figuarts I've seen! Here's hoping the next batch has characters I'm interested in.

I got mine around the same time from Amazon too. I did not have it on pre-order, I just ordered it after local retail stores ran out of stock. Mine appears to be in great condition. I'll double check it tonight but I was happy with it.

I can report that my White and Red ranger and Zedd all look immaculate. The only QC issues I had was a random black spot on Tyler's nose, and that easily came off.

I have Shadow Ranger and hes amazing! does anyone know when wave 2 might come out? I need Magna Defender like yesterday.

I checked and my shadow ranger figure is in top notch condition.

Aside from a few minor paint flaws, none of my LC's have any major issues. Certainly nothing worth complaining about on a $20 figure.

Ah it does look like I got a dud, comparing to other pictures online, I sent for a replacement and got one that is on par with other figures in the price range.

My three Rangers arrived from Hasbro Pulse last week, finally opening them up now. Shadow Ranger looks fantastic. I'm a big fan of the suit, and the figure does a great job of recreating it. Shoulders are a bit too low, and legs a bit too wide, but those are minor problems. Dino Charge Red is pretty great too. My biggest issue is that it's a bit difficult to get him to hold both his weapons. Also got a little bit of funky paint application on the chest, but nothing serious. Unfortunately, my White Ranger did have paint apps that were seriously bad. Gold smudge across the visor, and gold speckles on the chest. Working on getting that one returned. Shouldn't be too hard to find a better one locally, being almost half the case

Lord Zedd is fine, but my Shadow Ranger has some issues on the helmet. A "smudge" on the visor and some red on the "face-plate".

So I've started to become super interested in Lord Zedd. I've heard a couple issues with some Shadow Rangers, but has anyone had any issues with their Zedds?

Haven't got a Zedd yet. And I haven't had any issues with my Shadow Ranger, nor MMPR White, yet. What have been the issues with Shadow?
