No, the Kuugas aren't Tamashii; you can see in the descriptions that unlike the other two they don't have 'Tamashii' in them -- and they're even marked for 2021 release instead of 2020.

The Movie OOO actually really surprises me! The Seihous must be selling really well for something like this.

Really cool, but I dunno if I personally wanna shill out the extra cash for it. Makes me alot more hopeful that we'll get Brakawami though. That form and Aqua are the Movie stuff from OOO I'd really want.

Y'know what, TaMaShii is a perfect choice for a show exclusive. I think it was the same deal in the original OOO line run, too.

Yup, this is kind of a tradition! The original SHF OOO TaMaShii as well as the SIC OOO TaMaShii were both Tamashii Nations-exclusive back in the day.

So will any of these get turned into a web exclusive and be available anywhere or will I have to suffer without Shining Hopper?

Middleman services usually get their hands on a limited amount of stock, just be prepared to pay double the price.

I’m not surprised Tamashii combo is the exclusive in the slightest. It’s not even just the name that’s similar, the shoulders are incredibly reminiscent of the Tamashii Nations logo. Hell, the SIC version IS the Tamashii Nations logo. Bandai know exactly what they’re doing :lol

Kinda disappointed that Zero doesn’t have his mantle, I’d have probably picked it up if it did.

Makes me hopeful it'll be available on its own at Premium Bandai like the Brothers Mantle, and they'll reissue regular Zero alongside it.

Also it's pretty funny to see the word 'everyone's favorite Ultra' when weeks ago I saw discussions about can't stand Zero.

Yeah but I don't particularly want a second identical Zero, a cape is no replacement for the Aegis Armour :lol I'm not saying this should have been the only way to get the mantle, but it would have made for a much nicer anniversary piece if it did.

I find it kind of a shame that Zero One's best upgrade form will be an event exclusive, but it coming out of nowhere and at least being made is still pretty cool. Plus I told myself I wasn't going to get upgrade forms for this series, so I guess that's money saved...

The event will be held from November 6th to November 8th this year. Information on how to acquire the exclusive items will be announced September 1st.

Aaaaaaaahhhh I want Shining

I have to say, I'm very happy with what they've done with the exclusives this year. After last year was someone as important as Diend, this time around we just have two minor forms that rarely got use in their source material and a re-issue. Granted, Zero is so popular and difficult to get now that a non-Tamashii re-issue would have been much nicer; but at least this isn't the only way to get a popular character.

Zero should come with a cape!

Would be nice if TaMaShii came with a fireball effect. Just recolor the Hadoken effect from their Street Fighter line red and throw it in there.

So typically, how does one get a Tamashii Nations exclusive again? Do they go up on premium bandai eventually?

Well it may be different this year, hopefully easier. I think usually the figure of the more recent Rider gets a wider release later, while the older character may get a raffle release or something. But the website says that details on how to obtain the figures will be released September first (Japan time, so today/tomorrow)

And this is how it'll work:

Pre-sale for all individual six figures from September 10th to September 11th for special Club Tamashii members.

Figures in Group A (the Toku stuff) on September 14th for everyone on a first come, first served basis.

Another chance at all individual six on September 23rd.

And finally on the day of the event, another chance at the 5 figures via lottery, except Shining Hopper who will be able to be ordered normally.

So if you want Shining Hopper - good chance a middleman will offer it. Although they explicitly warn people not to fraud the system as purchases are limited to one per customer, but I bet people will find a way to make this work to sell them to us.

Oh, and just for clarity’s sake: No one of us will be able to buy anything, the general Premium Bandai rules apply here, only Japanese customers are allowed to purchase.

Orders open on the 14th at 12:00 and 18:00 o'clock, and then again September 23rd 18:00.

I assume there's no "end" listed because the set stock won’t last long.

Saber reveal; likely with the other starting riders and the bike like last year’s 01 display.

Most remaining major 01 suits even if they don’t get made — arks, 02, cluster, rampage, mbjr; possibly eden.

OOO - Putotyra at least. Maybe Birth? Could see it as a 10th anniversary thing.

Kuuga - another showing of the other forms since they’re getting february releases. Rising if we’re lucky!

Ghost through Zio get their finals shown again. Maybe Tsukuyomi?

Seihou Faiz reveal

More Kiva stuff?? Dark Kiva being shown off AGAIN would be funny but I could see em moving on to Saga or Ixa Rising.

Probably a ton of Den-O; could see a display of all four main forms with Wing and Climax. Can ABSOLUTELY see a show floor model of Pretty Den-O happening too



Of all this, I think either Cluster or Rampage will have preorders go up not long after; maybe a Seihou too like Ax/Rod or Sagohzo.

I know everybody likes/loves the SS figures, but I'd rather just have the regular SHF. Too many joint breakages so far in this line.
