Is it... holding other mecha as weapons?

So, this is how they're gonna crossover with Saber...

Oooh there is DEFINITELY something more to this. That crocodile mouth absolutely opens in the exact same fashion as the Zenkaigers' combination; there's no way this thing doesn't combine with them too

I am started to understand about Twokaiser's Zord transformation mechanism:

- In TwokaiOh Cuttener formation, TwoKai Cuttener become head, Crocodaioh become body, and TwoKai Ricky become katana left arm.

- In TwokaiOh Ricky formation, TwoKai Ricky become head, Crocodaioh become body, and TwokaiOh Cuttener become gatling gun right arm.

Nice pun with the name Cuttener for the Shinkenger representation.

Better look at Rikky and Cuttaner.

So it's X Train and Kishiryu Neptune rolled in one. Makes sense Rikki is blue considering Ohranger Robo was predominantly blue.

I can't help but now think, considering his name is TwoKaiser and the whole gimmick with him and his mech is that they use the powers of Shinkenger and Ohranger (two sentai instead of one like everyone else), it makes me question if his default form shouldn't have been Gokaiger-themed to begin with. Like his aesthetic really should have played more into a dual-natured or mishmash look instead of GokaiRed SSJ.

Similarities between Shinkenger and Ohranger:

- Both Sentai teams have a Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, and Pink color formation in the core 5 member colors.

- Both Sentai teams have a geometrical-themed mecha (ShinkenOh and Ohblocker).

- Both Shinkengers and King Ranger have a kanji-themed design on the their visors.

- Both Sentai teams have a lion heads on the their primary mecha (ShinkenOh and Ohranger Robo).

Something I saw pointed out the other day is that both of them have an emphasis on helmets in their mecha! Ohranger Robo has 5 swappable helmets, while ShinkenOh gets a new helmet for every form. GokaiOh also got new helmets for half its forms, and a significant 'finishing touch' of its main gattai is putting on its pirate hat

Both Shinkenger and Ohranger were referenced in Gokaiger when Gokai Silver (a Sixth Ranger) did his first Gokai Change, first into Kingranger (by mistake cause Marvelous got confused) and then into ShinkenGold to match the group change into Shinkenger!

I'm liking what I see.

Yeah. All of this makes sense. First of all, the Chouriki (referenced in Rikky's Name and the Twokairikki Sentai Gear) Gattai OhRanger Robo had 6 Different Helmets, the Wing Head from Sky Phoenix's Lower Tail (which Rikky's Head Resembles), the Horn Head from Gran Taurus's Head, the Graviton Head from Dash Leon's Mane, the Vulcan Head from Dogu Lander, the Cannon Head from Moa Loader, and the Buster Head used in Ohranger Robo's Combination with Red Puncher to form Buster Ohranger Robo.
Now, going over to Shinkenger, Samurai Gattai ShinkenOh could combine with the Kabuto Origami, the Kajiki Origami, and the Tora Origami to make a new form that would give ShinkenOh a new helmet.

And the Finishing touch on GokaiOh is a Pirate Hat.
I will note 1 Thing about both Twokaiser and TwoKaiOh. That they both somewhat resemble the Ebi Origami/Samurai Giant DaiKaiOh, which in its Minami/South mode wields two swords in a similar fashion to GoKaiOh.

Edit: So, um. For Some Dumb Reason, the Images I chose don't seem to be loading. So, here are all of the images in order. The First images is plain ShinkenOh. Next is Kabuto ShinkenOh. Then Kajiki ShinkenOh, then Tora ShinkenOh. The Final two images are DaiKaiOh in Higashi Mode and in Minami Mode. They were from the Ranger Wiki, so maybe that's the reason.

I don't understand why the gator is silver and gold while Twokaiser or whatever Super Gokai Red is called is NOT silver and gold.

Sixth Ranger mechas rarely match the colour of their pilots.

Croco DaiOh is one of the best names Sentai has ever given a mech.

Ever.

So why is it a crocodile?

These look great might get them but first I need to see what they look like when they combine with zenkai oh.

Maybe it's a reference to Captain Hook? That's the only pirate who I think was involved with crocodiles in any story.

Seems SD Gundam has competition.

I suspect you're right, but I can't yet see how they'd relate to one another. ZenkaiOh's gimmick so far joins two mecha as left and right parts. From what we can see so far, it looks like TwokaiOh just swivels its torso around and flips a chest over. I'll be curious to see if there are two entire heads or just a single, double-sided head that can wear one of two helmets.

ZenkaiOh was relatively cleverly-designed for recent Sentai mecha combinations, so I'm curious as to whether they'll do something similarly interesting to combine TwokaiOh with the others. I'm wondering if maybe it becomes a giant cannon or something when combined with a single other mecha.

My thoughts as well.

So I was right to think those zigzag shapes on Twokaiser's shoulders looked like crocodile jaws!

But why does it have those motorcycle wheel wing things? Is this going to be another mecha-sied bike like DekaBike or Tategami Lioh?

I'm wondering if the reasoning behind a crocodile mecha is a homage to sixths strangely having crocodile or crocodile-esque mechas a lot of the time -- Gaosilver, Zyuoh the World, Ryusoulgold. Gokai Silver's mech definitely seemed to be built around referencing how multiple sixths had T-rexes or dinos in general

Since when? I think the only one I can think off the top of my head is BoukenSilver/Siren Builder.

Everything else matches exactly or has the same primary/secondary colors in it.

So I love the way how things are double-highlighted and the head designs form a dichotomy of sorts. For starters, the kanji on TwoKaioh Cuttaner is unlike Shinkenoh's fire 火 it is 炎 which means flame and is 火 stacked vertically, while TwoKaioh Rikki has a star inside a star.
And now the heads, let's talk about the heads. Cuttaner's head design is very feline(a lion design that is a nod to Shishi Origami) while Rikki is canine(in this case Anubis from Egyptian mythology judging by the head shape). Considering Dash Leon had pretty much a lion's head because it was a sphinx I expected a lion's head as well but I guess they wanted to form a dichotomy of cats and dogs essentially to distinguish each other.
And now the weapons. Cuttaner's is as expected a sword, but I love how they gave a minigun to Rikki, cause that is clearly a nod to Buster Ohranger Robo and Red Puncher. :lolol
Oh, and like I said before it is X Train microwaved together with Kishiryu Neptune pretty much. The crocodile head I think could have been done better but oh well.

Oh yeah, another thing Shinkenger and Ohranger share in common; Masashi Gohda. He was Yuji Mita/Oh Blue in Ohranger and Retsudou Shiba aka the first lord of the Shiba Clan in the Shinkenger Summer movie. If they ever get him for a flashback scene for Zox where he was Zox's mentor or father figure that would complete the circle. :lolol

Gotta say, really loving the mechs this season, especially the gimmicks. TwoKaiser is definitely going to be an interesting character.

How did I not notice that the head for each form (or at least its helmet) is on the weapon for the other form?

I don't know about the X Train, I assumed it was the Gokai Galeon with the thrusters and fins in the back mixed with a bit of the MosaRex.

Edit: Oh though I guess the whole gold/silver split could be the trains part.

I am guessing it spins at the waist while changing the arm and head?
can definitely see the X train influence here but flipped with the silver side being the long range while the gold side is close range
really looking forward to the mecha upgrades and hopefully we get combinations again
kirameiger had felt out of place to me cause they had no big mecha mash up

I just can't help but think of Adam Power when I see this guy, colors and all.
