I think Dino Fury is more popular with Kids then Nickelodeon expected.

In my opinion, whether it's the premiere or not that is an achievement. But it's still good though, I will keep my mouth shut lol.

And ironically, season 2 will be on Netflix instead of Nick

Be honest, how does Dino Fury compare to the other recent seasons, As I haven't watched PR since Dino Charge as I feel the ones after just seem to be the same.

I haven't watched PR since MMPR, but I really like Dino Fury for the Action, Zord Battles, and Armors

I'll shy from spoilers for the moment, but it feels like we're still on the periphery; the threshold between Neo-Saban and Hasbro has yet to be crossed. Dino Fury does take the opportunity to expand on the lore and mythos of the franchise and includes some long-awaited moments and little things that make it fresh, but the dialogue and character interactions still feel like they haven't truly broken from the past completely. Hasbro is still trying to find their footing, and I don't want to slam them too hard cause it would imply that they're doing nothing at all. I'll never say that they should abandon adaptations outright, but it just feels as though a completely original show is the right way to go for Hasbro in terms of defining the franchise they bought while simultaneously refining their handling of the franchise as a whole.

Honestly, Dino Fury is awesome so far! There's a lot of intriguing lore, the comedy is smarter, the characters feel more real, especially Amelia and Javi, the villains are entertaining and there's some really cool exclusive fight scenes. Even better, with Season 2 set to air on Netflix, we don't have to worry about Nick inhibiting the production anymore. So this award is like their goodbye present. Definitely give this show a chance, it's way better than a lot of recent seasons!

Was Nick inhibiting production in any way that Netflix wasn't? A lot of people go on about the season-split-in-2-years thing but that primarily worked out for toys, and even looking at the number of episodes per year I doubt a lot of executives are going to jump at the idea of pouring more money into say 30 episodes instead of 20 for no real return at the toy market

Presuming Season 2 is going to be a similar length to Season 1 for the sake of consistency, I guess we'll have to wait for Dino Fury's successor to see if Netflix handle the show any different to Nick. This is mostly just me being hopeful, that they might produce at least a few more episodes per year by taking advantage of the freedoms the network provides compared to a TV station.

I could see the netflix shows airimg in like 12ish episode chunks per quarter so hasbro can stagger the toy releases.

Well personally I found the shows from Dino Charge to Beast Morphers a big step up from Samurai and Megaforce whereas Dino Fury I dislike but in a more moderate way, I do like the morphing sequence more than the original and although I'm not so hot on the execution the milestone things like the Asian red ranger and black extra ranger and female green in Power Rangers are cool! The BuzzBlast scenes though I find it hard to defend, I feel like I'm being told to hate J-Borg when IMO I find that boss character more annoying, sorry! :lolol

Did Beast Morphers win any Nickelodeon Fan Votes? I'm guessing it didn't. I didn't watch Beast Morphers but I remember the Toys Pegwarming a lot. I see the exact opposite with Dino Fury. I see them Sold Out most of the time. Case in point, early 2021 I saw 16 Blue Dino Fury Basic Figures. The next week they were all gone. I haven't seen any Dino Fury Toys on Clearance. That tells me kids are really into Dino Fury.

Yeah, they might continue the 2 years per adaption format, but slightly increasing the number of episodes per quarter would still be an improvement. Especially considering how the hiatus used to end in August but recently we've had to wait for like September or October. It's painful! Any improvement from Netflix, no matter how small, I would appreciate for sure.

I recall Abraham Rodriguez won an award for his performance as Nate (personally, I prefer Devon), but that's about it. The merchandise, yeah, they really kicked Bandai's *** with their DX Megazord designs and Dino Fury isn't holding back either! Dino Fury is breaking new ground and taking some brave risks as well, like giving the first power-up to the Pink Ranger. It seems to be paying off!

Weirdly, I don't know if I actually am that big on dinosaur sentai or Power Rangers with a couple of exceptions :eek: I know. I was pleasantly surprised with Abaranger and I said I like PRDC, plus I haven't seen Zyuranger which seems like a mixed bag, but I think some of my favourites seem to be more hard sci-fi leaning for some reason like PRIS and PRTF.

Does any one know how the Beast Morphers Toyline Sales were? I remember seeing them all the time compared to Dino Fury where they are Sold out most off the time.
