I always did think Tiga looked superior to Dyna in many ways. Here, it looks like Decker has beaten Trigger.

I love the cosmic look on the suit, and the design looks really nice, visually appealing, and the placement of the color timer is something I honestly love for this one.

That said, design is one thing, but I'm going to remain optimistic for how his season will turn out, but the design alone has already won me over.

It's interesting that he looks like a more armored version of Dyna. Along with the asymmetrical look, I wonder if there's an in-story reason for that.

Dang, Decker's looking great, I like the one-side Color Timer, we need more of those.

I feel like he looks too much like Dyna at certain parts. To where it looks like he's just Dyna but with a different forehead, chest, and left arm.

But I dig that he has literal Galaxy Brain.

Looking at side by side comparisons they're not as identical as I first thought but he really does look like Dyna with some extra bits. Maybe he IS Dyna?

I mean I like the design and the quality of the show will be what decides this for me, but I'm not feeling the remake / re-imagining thing continuing after Trigger disappointed me so much.

I wonder if he's related to Trigger because his left side has some of the same shoulder plating as Trigger's.

I don't think it's actually Dyna though unless they have long-term plans to explain what happened to Asuka.

Pretty much in the same place. I hope the show is good enough to make me more optimistic about next year’s inevitable Ultraman Gainer.

Not a fan of kengo, but you can generally expect they learn and reserve time schedule wise better connect three in mire concisestoryline. Like such as signing main cast of trigger and decker for more shows in crossover. They can never get johnny to let tiga to do more aside his tiga return movie years later and that AU all ultra reunion movie. Tiga daigo didn't appear in show. You can expect dyna to stop by given he done a few before even though he sing for zemkaiger too. Trigger,

Aside from mini filler and clip show plus few legend uktra guests, tiga reboot did better blue print wise, but lack heart when one note catch phrases smile smile is overused. It ashame they need push anniversary legacy ultra gimmick as much as rider forms nowadays.

I love a little asymmetry.

I hope Asuka shows up.

who wants to bet that will be getting a next Gen Gaia, Agul and Mebius

Has it been long enough to for a next gen Mebius?

Well Decker isn?t even out yet and even then we still have to wait for next gen Gaia (if it is a thing in the future) so by the time we can have next gen mebius I?d say it would be old enough for a next gen

Ah. I honestly wasn't paying attention enough to see if there was pattern/order of who got a next gen or not. XD

Wouldn't we get New Gen Cosmos (even though that's X), Nexus and Max before we get to Mebius?

Although in all seriousness I think they'll stop with the tribute New Gen shows with Gaia's equivalent, since it's part of the TDG trilogy.

Putting my thoughts from Trigger aside, I absolutely love Decker's design! As mentioned before, while it's still pretty much "Modern Dyna," the asymmetry and cosmic palette makes him more interesting than Trigger's, whose best quality was the rune designs on his armor.

Strong and Miracle looks good as well, with String being my favorite, much like Trigger's Power Type. And once again, I'm happy with the card gimmick, which that and the device look good, though I do think the GUTS Sparklence was a more interesting design. The voice though... maybe it'll grow on me, but for some reason, it sounds like a fan-made Toku voiceline, which while I wasn't the biggest fan of Trigger's Sparklence it did manage to grow on me, though it's not really a favorite, but once again, maybe it'll grow on me.

Even if this ends up another Trigger, at least it'll look good while doing it.

Back to cards, eh? That voice might take some getting used too...

I love the form changes!

Real glad that Strong and Miracle are different than both of Dyna's form changes whereas base Decker really is just "new on the top, Dyna on the bottom"

That's still going to bother me and I still think Trigger has the more interesting base design of the two. Purely because Trigger does a cool inverse of Tiga's color scheme that makes him look more inspired and less lazy than base Decker.

That being said, Decker gets props for having some real cool alternate forms, which slide over Trigger's for me so I guess it's just equivalent exchange at this point.

Something I do find noticeable about Decker's form changes is how subtle the head changes, especially compared to past Ultras whose heads change pretty drastically between forms. Honestly I'm kinda digging that

I really like Decker's other modes! The asymmetry and armour bits make them look pretty unique. That all still applies to regular Decker as well who still looks cool.

Cards are the most common tokusatsu gimmick right? You just can't beat them.

Kinda funny how we've done an inverse Heisei as of late. Medals to USB Devices to Cards.

Next year's going to be Whistles, totally.
