Guest Riders for Reiwa Anniversary Rider Series Part 1: Saber
 

Seeing that its gonna take a while until we get ourselves an anniversary Rider series for Reiwa, I'm gonna start off with Saber.

As for Zero-One? Obvious 01, 02, Valkyrie & Thouser are the only surviving riders of that series and Vulcan is deceased along with MetsubouJinrai.

Which riders from Saber would you picture guest starring in a Reiwa rider anniversary series? I picture Mei guest starring too with some of the riders.

I think anyone, exept Falchion, Solomon and Storius. If you guess about the most likely, then this is someone from the main trinity of musketeers and Sabela.

Zi-O managed to meet dead riders like Kaixa and Kickhopper. So a new anniversary Rider could find some way of meeting dead ones too

Yeah. Like Vulcan & the MetsubouJinrai group. Wonder how the anniversary riders of Reiwa will meet them?

Anyway, who from Saber you see join in a Reiwa anniversary series?

Yuri would be my first choice, but I'm okay with pretty much anyone who isn't Ren.

Oooo, I'd love to see Yuri see a humagear and be just so amazed by it.

Sad not a lot of votes for Calibur. He/she deserves a comeback!

Fuwa's fate was left intentionally ambiguous. He was supposed to die, but they left out a definitive answer, so Vulcan could potentially return.
Not to mention, considering a big part of Zero-One's final stretch was that Humagear memories could be stored and recovered, MetsubouJinari could also return (I know they technically wouldn't have memory of their former lives, but considering Izu basically remembered everything despite having basically been factory reset by the end, I'm sure they don't care)

Especially if Rintarou shows up, since I'm excited to see how his relationship with Mei progresses further after Beyond Generations.

I understand why Solomon and Storious are unlikely, but why not Falchion? Kyomu has had a lot of wielders, so I think someone could inherit the title.

A person literally fading in to light doesn't seem very ambiguous to me. Think about the symbolism as well, Isamu's last moment was with a Valkyrie, an omen of death in Norse mythology.

I agree, but I think new Falchion would be more suitable for Saber V-cinema or Saber 10th Anniversary. But in the crossover season of Reiwa, I would rather count on a new actor who will be tried to pass off as Sora, if suddenly none of the riders have the same graphics. Although with custom Saber, the likelihood of this is very small.

What of Calibur? Sophia deserves good treatment as the new Calibur after Hayato, Daichi & Kento.

And Kyomu has its done of wielders. Could sure use another Kyomu wielder as the next Falchion. Daishinji should pass Suzune to a new wielder, as well as the Shindai siblings.

This is also the franchise that turned Chalice, a Joker Undead by birth, into a human by the power of love, and undermined Build's entire ending by having everyone exposed to the Nebula Gas remember the events of the alternate world.

Some bullshit method of bringing Fuwa and MetsubouJinrai back is very much possible :lol

Well we're seemingly 1/5th of the way to that technically thanks to Outsiders.

That being said I would wholly welcome them somehow just undoing the deaths in the 01 V-Cinema's because well, I'm sure that'd make a lot of people happy.

Well, Falchion has already appeared in a Saber V-Cinema set 8 years after the finale, so Kyomu should be vacant just in time for Reiwa's 10th!

I recall the Chalice Ridewatch just sucked up Hajime's Undeadness and thus he defaulted to human, so I guess it's consistent with Zi-O's time nonsense at least, even if it's still time nonsense. Oma Zi-O ended up destroying that timeline in the finale anyway.

I have no defense against the Build New World stuff though, like yeah, that totally undermined the bittersweet finale.

In a pinch, someone from Decade can always just pull an alternate version of a character from a dimensional wall. That has always been a reliable method.

Considering how crazy Outsiders looks though, Horobi's appearance is the least of my questions.

Personally, I'd rather not cheapen a person's heroic sacrifice by permanently reviving them through dumb reasons like they did with Izu. I mean, sure, if it can be done within a show's logic (like DGP for Ginpen ;)), but if it's some kind of deus ex machina then I'll lose my suspension of disbelief. Execution is important!

I really want specifically Fuwa's actor to show back up cause he kind of dropped off the face of the earth.
