Well...
We now know who the penguin is. |
it cannot be that simple...maybe he was taught to make them? xD
I mean anybody can make paper origamis. |
I mean I guessed that twist months ago. I had it reversed but still I figured thats what was going on.

Thanks to the safe password, we can now deduce why Saruhara was absent from the first episode, he was celebrating his 21st birthday offscreen, probably with imaginary birthday cake and imaginary balloons! :lol
The ability to instantly heal any broken bones just by morphin' is a pretty convenient perk of being a Donbrother. Makes sense when you consider that Saruhara's, Kijino's and Inuzuka's bodies have to physically change proportions in order to fit in the suits. I figured JAki wasn't going to be called "Dengekitaiki", since you can't exactly call yourself a Lighting War Squad Demon if you don't have a squad. I'd thought maybe there was going to be a composite Dengekiki to represent both JAKQ and Changeman, but yeah, JAki works as well. Que Bom, GolDon Ryusoul Red! :D Little confused about this Terasaki guy, specifically his adoptive relationship to Jirou, like is he a Momotani, or not? He's definitely in a position of critical knowledge like Jin though, since he had the Don Killer Killer switch carelessly lying in plain sight in his house. And of course, Jirou passed the time waiting for him to show up by crafting a certain origami. Hmm.... Quote:

Most of the story from this episode is quite boring in my opinion.
But....the Jiro as Penguin Juuto is really interesting.... |
This might be the stupidest (affectionate) episode in the whole show so far, which is really saying something considering some of the avant garde nonsense it's had before.
|
Well, this is the first episode in the entire series where I can say it was a waste of time. And at 39 episodes, that's still an accomplishment.

Episode 26 was the only one I thought was a waste of time.

I was just trying to confirm how many episodes of this show Inoue wrote. According to the wiki, he wrote all of em except for episode 26, which was written by our boy, the legend, Hatte Saburo!
I guess Inoue just could not put his name on an episode where Kaito praised Kamen Rider Revice? lol This episode was great. They freaking went for it with the special effects for some reason. Was it a situation where they had to spend money now before the end of the year or next year’s budget gets slashed? I’m gonna go with that theory. Hopefully they explain why Don Killer Killer looked like Sarubro. I accepted everything else in this episode as purely logical and sensible except for that, lol. |

Also, I really want the Miho/Natsumi problem are should be ended before episode 45. I didn't want the Miho/Natsumi problem are dragged too long. |
I've now caught up with DonBrothers!
Forest of Helheim Cooking, and robot killers. What a day! I think I might have a theory about Kaito in this series: He might be suppressing his "Zenryoku Zenkai!" attitude, since that would likely lead to him becoming a Hitotsuki, as he seems to know quite a bit about things in this show/universe, which is assuming he is the same Kaito from Zenkaiger. I'm probably completely wrong about that, and I might have even said this exact same theory before, but whatever. I'm starting to wonder if there's more to Saruhara than we know if Don Killer Killer bears his face, but who are we to judge? Also, looks like the doll was a red herring, and Jirou is making Origami, which given how he has two personalities, might have been foreshadowing. It kind of baffles me that we're so close to the endgame at this point, which is odd, since it didn't bother me with Zenkaiger, maybe because there's more of a plot in DonBrothers or maybe it's just me having been delayed so many times with this show, I'm still enjoying it, but it just feels odd. Next Episode: Driving practice! And some romance. |
