My Tokusatsu custom painted figures (Super Sentai, Metal Heroes and Kamen Rider)
 

Hello everybody, I've just wanted to share my few custom painted figures.

Here's all my tokusatsu painted figure until now :

All of them were painted using brush-on primer, and then acrilyc paints (mainly from Citadel, Army Painter, Prince August and Vallejo).

I painted the 3 winspector figures from the Die Cast Winsquad set (about 1 1/2 inches / 4 cm tall):

For the civilian Takeshi, I've just repainted the original head that came with the figure, using only acrylic paints. I painted it two years ago so I'm not really happy with the result. For the Takeshi's head with the Kamen rider suit, I've painted a 3d resin head I bought on ebay. I'm really happy with the result, even if the neck is too tall for my taste.

Those SHODO Hongous are incredible!! I also love what you've done with the actual helmet with the green mouth :]

Holy Rider Kick Batman! That headsculpt and paint on the SO-DO Rider 1 is insanely good! Some serious "Honey, I Shrunk Kamen Rider"-magic at work here.

This is some fantastic stuff all around, well done! The Metal Heroes give off a really charming vibe, like I want to pop these in a tabletop game or something.

Lovely paintwork you've got here! The based miniatures look ready for a tabletop wargame!

Kurona & Kiwami : I think that the custom headsculpt for Takeshi Hongo is a size-down version of a Medicom 1/6 version. There are a lot of cheap resin headsculpts on ebay (in 1/12 and 1/18 scale), and it's a really great training !

ShiShiLeo : Thanks a lot ! These rubber miniatures don't stand on their own, so I decided to use some good old wargame base skills :D

I didn't paint a scar between it's eyes, the figure has unfortunately some defects ��

I don't see the resemblance as much on this sculpt, but the paintwork is sublime!

Can’t even imagine how hard it was to paint all the little details.

I've painted the Green and Red Ranger 2 years ago, but I've received other figures last week so i've juste finished the White Ranger yesterday !

The figure are huge for a boardgame (but that's pretty cool IMO).

Dang these are sick, love seeing Hyperforce getting some rep outside of the streams.

Good work on all of them, but this Jiraiya custom is good. :rock:
It's like seeing one of those recent G1 Transformers toys where the mold is the old school G1 toy from the 80s but the color scheme is cartoon-accurate.

This figure was really a pain in the a** to paint, specially the light yellow / Green gradient on the torso and legs...

The sculpt is incredibely detailled for such a small scale (about 10 cm / 3,75 inches). It was a real pleasure to paint !
